I thought the global warming/cooling mass extermination of the dinosaur/old growth trees/dodos were caused by the fact that King Henry the 8th farted when Anne Boleyn was beheaded. Or was it when Marie Antoinette was thought to have said "let them eat cake". No maybe it was Galileo who sneezed on one of his writings and when he wiped off a very large booger he cause everyone to think the Earth was NOT the center of the universe. Or maybe it was Da Vinci telling a slightly off color job about a Nigerian banker wanting to complete a simple finical transaction that caused the Mona Lisa only slightly smile at his joke. No wait I forgot about Chinese invented fireworks and the smoke they produced caused a butterfly in in Egypt to flap it's wings just right to bury the Sphinx. Or was it the Mongol hordes with all those horse and the methane they produced that caused Marco Polo to bring back the spaghetti to Italy to say the precious food?
So it can't be Columbus' fault. The poor guy just got lost and thought it was on the other side of the world simple enough for anyone to do.
What I have always found interesting is how people react when someone has a different option of someone / something. My experience is many people , no I won't give a percentage because I am being a generalist about this, reacted as if they were just insulted by any disagreement no matter how simple it may be. Shockly enough it's even worse on the internet. If I disagree with anyone I get to do that since I am unique. Not everyone has to agree with everything and if someone disagrees with you that is just fine. Now let's all put our big boy and girl panties on and use what little God given common sense exists among us to understand there are things in the world that are just wrong. But since people go rabid foaming at the mouth mad when someone says "I really don't get two rat farts about Steve Jobs, don't get me wrong it is a sad time for the family and I send my honest condolences and respect their privcy in this personal matter, but I really don't give a frack about his life or the products he touted."
This last one is where we run into problems. We really don't have them.
Well not really the numbers are made up and there is plenty of evidence from the emails that those so called scientist wanted the numbers to reflect what Al Gore and his hippies wanted to say.
In case you don't understand it is a pure political cause. Marxist/fascist wanting to rule the world with fear and terror.
If you go in with bad data you can make anything possible. Since there has been more than one real scientist to say the data does not make their observations it makes the whole of the climate argument false. Period. Full stop.
We have no evidence that what is happening isn't supposed to happen changes in the Sun's helo sphere, Earth's orbit, forest fires, volcanoes there is a lot going on on this great big blue marble.
Humanity is a pretty important part of life on this planet but honestly people are pretty insignificant, I point to the idiots screaming the sky is falling.. errr global warming as examples
Yell louder and use more CaPItAL LEtteRS and people will take you seriously.
The one thing I miss about real science was the the ability for people to develop hypothesis's go out and test them with valid test and have others perform independent tests and everyone go back and look at the results and then if the results don't match the hypothesis you change the hypothesis go back and retest and review , retest and review until the data supports a hypothesis than then can be a theory and more testing and more reviewing. Kinda of crazy notion huh.
There is no science for this myth of global warming and just calling it a new name doesn't make it right either. There is no way to take the data and say what the Earth's normal temperature should be. The only climate change we have is called SEASONS and every year it can be different. There Earth drifts a little bit closer to the Sun, a lot of volcanic activity, massive forest fires all of these have happened in the past affecting the climate and the Earth did pretty well to recover.
For all of you so called global warming "scientists" out there drinking the blue cool aid and getting 10 seconds of fame on some news shows you are idiots now and forever more.
No this has nothing to do with government regulations it has to do with the business practices the business is doing. Which is why the FCC stepped in. Comcast in their terms of agreement are too vague and too heavy handed. Comcast is using this to "say" they are trying to maintain the network bottom line is Comcast got caught with their hand in the cookie jar and now are trying to blame the government for stepping in hoping their customers have forgotten or gotten used to their business model. If Comcast wants to block certain content that is their prerogative BUT they must disclose this and stop selling "unlimited" services and then trying to pull a Bill Clinton and "define" unlimited in stupid ways.
Bud: Fargo owns first mortgage
Bud: Fargo owns second mortgage
Bud: I don't know owns third mortgage
Lou: That's what I want to know who to sue first
Bud: Fargo!
Lou: Fargo owns second?
Bud: Fargo owns first.
Lou: I don't know
Bud: Third base!
ya you still don't get the sacraism that is ok. I only used the Rio Linda because it fit how stupid for even thinking the arms of the milky way have anything to do with the weather on earth. Again good show thanks for pointing out I am stupid. I hope you now how "hope" and feel better about yourself.
Hrrm and that blocked out what? Oh THE SUN! Again any change is due to the Sun you are talking about a disaster what the general rule when people talk about any warming or cooling of the earth is the "evil man". Which is an untruth. Earth even changes the climate itself by slight variations in the orbit around the Sun. That was my point.
And the point of this article was that the possibility of the Milky Way impacting the Earth climate. Which is a ludicrous thing to even think about.
I find it funny the mods liked your post and missed mine completely.
Ok once more for those people playing along in Rio Linda
Any change in the earths temperature, heat wave or ice age, is cause by that great big ball of gas 93 million miles away it's a little thing we like to call the SUN!
Perhaps I'm just young. But, I have paid overdraw charges on checking accounts, and I'm sure you have too.
My comments were solely about credit cards. Bank accounts with over-draft fees are a completely different topic. I would be happy to discuss that line but in a different thread my comments do not pertain to bank accounts but to credit cards.
Maybe you should acknowledge that it is possible, at least in theory, to use credit cards to your advantage?
Absolutely not. I will not make that statement under any pretense. My points have not been made to change your mind on the matter nor will I change mine on this matter with your absurd comment. I am presenting a side where I have stated credit cards are bad.
From http://www.m-w.com/
c: the provision of money, goods, or services with the expectation of future payment ; also : money, goods, or services so provided
I gain perks with my debt cards as well money back, and so forth. I can also track my purchases with my banks online account service. With the added plus there is no late charges, service fees, yearly membership or any interest if I missed a payment.
My wife and I have traveled with the debit card on vacations around the US. Paid for rooms, food, gas with no problems.
With a credit card you have to pay off your balance every time you can not miss a payment. I would hate to see what the intrest of "thousands of dollars of purchases" would be even at 8 1/2% much less the normal 14 - 21 % cards require you to pay.
Ours is simple we have the money we can buy it we don't have the money we don't. Credit cards are a crutch you get used to them and they will make you weak. You spend what you have and it makes you stronger. It isn't easy at first but it can be done.
Yes the power company required an additional deposit but that was used to pay our first few bills. The cars were paid for with cash both were private purchases. We pay everything with our debit cards which is tied directly to the bank account. We have no credit cards at all. If we don't have the money we don't buy anything. so that means everything paycheck, I get paid once a month, we put a budget out of what we have coming in and what we need to spend. But we set priorities Food, shelter, basic utilities before anything else. It took a while to get where we are but we are not 100% debt free still have some old bills we need to address but we take care of the basics first. This is the website that we used to get where we are. It took a while and we had to make some hard choices. But it works. http://www.daveramsey.com/
It works out just fine for us. My wife and I have no credit cards, no car payments ( have two paid for cars both cars > 8 years old ) and we currently are renting a nice 3br apartment. We have a credit score of 0. If people don't want our business we go somewhere else. It is pretty liberating paying for stuff with the money we have. Could we be doing better? Of course but we are leaving within our means and seriously this credit crunch has not hurt us at all.
Not quite true, stating that the United States of America is the only country in the world that can hold elections without any form of violence is quite possibly the biggest pile of cr*p I've ever read.
The United Kingdom, while not holding your "sacred document", still holds peaceable elections every 4 years, or less, depending circumstances and in the most recent case, because our prime minister resigned.
New Zealand still holds peaceful elections regularly, as does Australia, Germany, Austria, Sweden, and countless more western countries. Don't even mention France, as we all know they like to burn things and throw tantrums anyway. ^-^
In fact the only countries I can think of who don't hold peaceful elections are run by despots or dictators. North Korea?
You are free because you think you are free. You are free because your government wants you to think you are free. No more, no less.
Never said anything about violence and you stated my point of the matter the other countries can have their government voted out with a vote of no confidence. We have them every 4 years while most countries do follow the same practice many do not make full terms of their governments all the time. Again the point being the no confidence vote which dissolves the government we do not have that.

0 or 300 doesn't matter the score we have basically says no one will give us a line of credit and that is exactly what we want.
Perhaps I'm just young. But, I have paid overdraw charges on checking accounts, and I'm sure you have too.

Better than sounding like an idiot like you
I am pretty sure that people who work in those fields that you just mentioned would like to know what exactly you want to take their jobs
Why shouldn't people profit from any industry? Health is not a freedom you have the right to pursue it but it is not a right
