This was unintentional? We had no idea on our server and assumed it was something Blizz had added to add some depth to the game.
It was actually quite amusing to watch it spread as people attempted to go about their business between the bank and auction house in Ironforge.
Yes but out of the millions of gamers, how many are truly playing on a mac? I think, for a MMORPG it makes sense to get a mac client out right away, but for shooters, you have to justify the extra development time with how many mac clients you will really sell.
I've been waiting for months, never making it into the closed beta and now, with my FilePlanet account (no flaming please) I can finally play, and I am travelling the next two weeks. Figures.
I wonder if WoW will play on a 1.6ghz laptop with a mobile Radeon 7000...
I am primarily a PC gamer, but I do play action titles on my xbox and I definitely welcome this. The FPS controls on the xbox have always seemed awkward and clumsy to me. And of course this will tip the performance balance in favor of those who use this new adapter in online matches. However, I don't believe it will be as serious as some are saying. Unlike a PC console games typically have fairly forgiving hit detection so accuracy isn't quite as important.
I love the concept of Tribes, and back 1999 I probably would have been hooked, but I played the open beta of Vengence I just couldn't get into it. It seems to me that the FPS genre has progressed beyond rampant dogfighting.

I hate to do this to you, but I can do better.
Sylphius uses Python. Monty Python included John Cleese. John Cleese was in The Big Picture with... Kevin Bacon.

Actually you're going to be wanting a heater when hell freezes over.
Anyway, that's just my two cents.
Wow I hadn't heard about that one. That's pretty damn cheap.
Well we knew this was going to happen eventually.
In other news Microsoft fires back by releasing soft-porn flicks. Well at least they both know their target audience.
I believe you are confusing administrative privileges with the administrator account. Any user account can be given administrative privileges.
