I use iTunes to auto organize my music by author / album on my macbook, then I rsync the entire folder to my 5G ipod running Rockbox. It's all good, except battery life now lasts 1 day instead of 2~3 days.:( The HD seems to continue spinning no matter what! I hope they've fixed that problem in this version!
Up to now I've been doing all the programming myself. Now we are working with a second programmer for the first time.
The most important thing is communication. If you were able to communicate fine with the "We" within you, then what's adding one or two real people to you?
Wait, that "second programmer"... is his name Tyler?
Well said! Some people are just too narrow & short sighted!
Still, I'm sure we're all familiar with the recent history of established US corporations resisting change to hang on to their old, established cash cows... we were ahead of the game for a while, and then we stayed stagnant while developing countries without the same "old" infrastructure surpassed us to walk right into the future...
In a way, I guess falling back behind can be a good thing for the US. I wish I can live to see the US people overthrowing the existing power structure (the old money, the corporations & banks) and leap a giant step into the future again.
You guys are all missing one thing! The "Connection" that Nintendo has been promoting for ages. They have to name it Wii bcoz it has to connect to the DS... which gives us... WiiDS!!
Nintendo is hoping to get us all hooked, high and hungry for snacks!
Has anyon read Michael Crichton's State of Fear? It isn't a very well written novel, but the data that he presented were pretty interesting. Some of its statements I remembered are:
Scientists are working like artists in medieval or renaissance times, they're fully aware of who's sponsering their researches, which causes biased results.
The data on global warming has as high as 3000% deviation.
Environmentalists who want to do good but lack knowledge are just as bad as their oppositions to the environment. They do just as much or even more damage.
Nature is constantly changing, it is arrogant of human to try to "preserve" nature. Humans should learn to better "manage" the environment.
Note I'm a romantic nature lover, my wish as a kid was to block off the entire Amazon and Congo forrests and hire locals to become hunters to kill anyone who destroy the forrests! >:) Now that I've all grown up and I think the best thing I'm doing is to conserve. Don't use paper / platic cups at work, don't throw away things that are slightly broken and can easily be fixed... etc etc.
virtual bootlegging at the theatre
and rsmith-mac terminated them
Mininova, isoHunt and The Pirate Bay...
Now I know the 3 popular BitTorrent sites! Mwahahaha! L337!!

Nintendo is hoping to get us all hooked, high and hungry for snacks!
If not, we can't call it Metal Gear yet. (Which means FOXHOUND won't highjack it and the DARPA chief is safe till then.)
Instead of just speaking in English, we can "sound" it out... *tap tap tack* *tap tack tack* (My 6 digit password.)
