    nstrated this year's at 11th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems. The prototype is equipped with 7 cameras on the body and a 12-inch LCD monitor in the front and another in the rear seat area.

    Great! Now I can watch the ground pointlessly whiz by instead of paying attention to wear i'm going.

    Marge: I wish we had a glass bottomed car, I can't help but imagine what we're missing!

    True, blackjack may encourage memory and number crunching, and thus is a 'geek' game, but poker is a hackers game. It encourages cunning, creativity, and skill.

    Thats great, except its not there. There are already graphics cards under linux that work. There are already opensource drivers for these cards.

    I really cannot see the need for this.

    Yeah it sort of helps when you licence an already written os (Darwin). :-/ Of course microsofts been doing that for years and it will still take the 5 more years to release longhorn.

    Right... Luddism was not a rejection of anything. The luddits were merely frustrated with their situation. They had no problem with the technology, their problem was with how it was used. If you truly read Chompsky you would know this. Now, this is very similar to what the article is saying about 'hackers'. It says nothing about their beef with the idea of government, but a rejection of how it is currently implemented.

    Yeah, and I'm sure you'll be loving it at 5-10fps!! woot! Of course, a slide show of all black slides would still have the same effect as a video of all black scenes I suppose.
