It's not going to shift investment funds to consumption. Instead, profit is an answer to a recession, which will only shift investment funds to consumption. I think I'm stating something very natural thing. If it's wrong, something converting natural course of thing might happen... That's what you said "reverse situation exists normally..." I cannot get.

There are two main ways to get a budget surplus- one is from natural increase of tax income and the other is from issuing national bonds, if they use this surplus for investing in private industry, they will inevitably face difficulties- because this surplus is not only made up in natural increase of tax income but from national bonds- since national bonds are debt. In this case they are using money barrowing from people for investing private industry. For private company it might be good, but for people who lend money it's far worse. So if government have got budget surplus mainly from national bonds, they have to keep money from investing private secters. Instead they'd better drop it in welfare, as money for people's own sake. The more government spend for it, the better. If government keep on using its budget surplus for investing private industry, it make matters worse. Poor get poorer. Rich get richer. If government have huge deficit in trade balance, it's good for both government and people. Government and people can buy and get more than they can. So let's summarise...Natural increase of tax income is for private investment, issuing of national bonds is for public welfare, extra government spending - depends - whether for industry or people, trade deficit make people happier -leave this as it is. Trade unbalance with Asia and Europe can be totally ignorable. It is a magic of figure America created. Dollars are only in America, not in other parts of the world. In this case a magic of exchange rates can change everything. American government know that... And finally tax cuts for people are not necessarily incurs unemployment. Because it brings stabilised society, good incentives for both people and company.( Companies can expect more purchases,etc.) Government's spending for investment in private industry does not affect company's decisions on its employment planning.
Marriage is a social as well as legal term based only on biological differences between men and wemen. There are some people who consider themselves opposite sex in spite of their physical distinctions. But their eligibility of marriage should not be affected by their feelings or claims to be opposite sex. Like married person is not allowed to have one more spouse or more in Western society, same sex cannot marry same sex. However, in terms of civil unions, things are somehow different. We have to admit there are gay couples who have their households on their own as married people have been doing. It would be socially acceptable for us to admit the benefit married people usually hold to the households gay couples have....I think that's the point he wanted to pointed out, and it is very much acceptable with a view to social justice, fairness, equally bestowed human rights.
i think this comment is fairly true. i didnt know exactly the influence and effect of el nino here off coast in japan. but this year unusually one-tenth of the normal years quantity of anchovy( iwashi-in japanease) and aboundant quantity of sanma (i dont know how to say in english...) are reported. this theory tells us clearly the exact cause of this phenomenon which certainly brings about changes in cuisines.
i fairly agree in ur opinion. those who say science is omnipotent are arrogant. achievements human beings can reach still should be regarded as very limited. only from the deep reflection human beings can pose, further development can raise.
i dont completely follow what environmentalists are claiming. appearing animals living usually in warm area is a strange thing. but its wrong to connect immediately and directly with the results from the global warming what environmentalists insist. current global warming has got many other causes than human activities. lets reconsider from astronomical geological point of view. i think science can have room for it.
