    you must be behind with your history reading, 90 years ago mortality rates of 50% among prisoners were cool, nobody gave a f....g f..k over shelling a village, shooting civilians happened by default not as an exception, and taking all the food from the civilians while armies moved about

    the LGBT were angry about not being allowed to sign a contract covering what everybody else had covered (such as inheritance, common properties, pensions etc.), not about the provisions for polygamy or polyandry, and not about legal provisions for whom they can choose as sex partners, that was fixed a few years ago.

    Not really, only if you sign a contract in which you promise exclusivity to at least one partner.

    Up until late 19th century, the age of sexual/marriage majority matched being a biological adult.

    Up until late 19th century the marriage was a civil contract, drafted by lawyers, which was about income and assets, not about sex.

    yes, you can set up your own private svn/git/whatever server and browser and fake the commit dates, but spoofing github or bitbucket or sourceforge would be a lot more difficult, and would not fool many

    you have commit dates, if the change copyright on your file is newer, there is your proof

    you also have the commit history, better proof than anything, unless they suspect you faked hundreds of commits and bug fixes

    will not help with changing what already happened, but for the future put your work on github or some other similar service, keep the project private, then you can use that to prove precedence.

    the test results does not have to be a smooth curve, poisson or otherwise

    for example there are 10 questions and you get a number of points if you answer a question right, or you get none if you do not. If the number of points you get for answering each of those questions are not the same, the curve will not look smooth and there will be gaps.

    the jagged lines do not indicate cheating, at most poorly designed exam questions
