    Another 'nice' feature of Vista is the network throttling while playing music :)

    Wine would be killed if it depends on M$.
    Samba would be killed if it depends on M$. .net in itself is not better than any other technology out there (C++ or Java), the fully integrated developer environment is what makes it better.

    There is nothing wrong with GPL fans, but trolls like the grandparent.
    Any primary developers are free to pick any license, if there are whiners, they can shut up.
    I'm also sick with people who don't like the GPL, there is nothing wrong with it. If you don't like it, don't use code licensed under it. This applies v3, i bet most of the software on YOUR site is GPLv2 OR later.

    Never mind that half of that road is closed for repairs and some repair worker might be brushed as you rip through the patch.
    It could also be that the road developed some new bumps or that yesterday a new school has been opened besides it.
    There are many reasons (besides money harvesting) that would warrant a new speed limit.

    Isn't it the controller (human) who just checks the access logs and picks up IPs to DDOS a bit?
    If it was automated, then the easiest way to kill it is to probe it from many distant places.
    Then, when it is starting ddos at them, just shut them down.
    You could DDOS the botnet :)

    Nah, it is not a legitimate bug, it is a known bug.
    It is still present in Solaris as of this writing (at least in the version we got here).
    GPL Solaris might fix it.
