It's no doubt because of NBC's acquiring of the show Walker Texas Ranger. Conan O'Brian has been doing a running gag ever since where he pulls a lever and shows a clip from the show. (that show was rediculous by the way, so the clips out of context are histerical)
i had always agreed with the.xxx domain, but reading your comment i had a thought...
if.xxx sites are easier to find, then the illeagal (and typically much worse) porn will stay in the large dark corners of the.com domain
When i download episodes of Get Smart, i don't think i'm stealing. There isn't a channel that plays it any more (where i live) and it's not on DVD (I would love to buy it).
Also, i doubt it will be available from this service as well.
and this is just one example show, but there are others
As expected, it couldn't find some of the more obscure artists, but it did suprise me occasionally. Though of the suggestions, I only found about 30 to 40 percent of them decent, and a lot of the time I was just given numerous songs by the artist i entered. While that's a good thing if i'm just wanting to listen to a radio station, this service, I thought, was supposed to find new artists for you. For $36 a year though, it seems like good service, and I can only see it getting better with the more artists it adds. Though I can't help but say that there's nothing like getting suggestions from a Human who likes someone you like.
but what about the people who will do it with out the licence? My brother works for an auto insurance company and in a large number of the claims he investigates, many of the involved parties don't have drivers licences
That's because the system that the RIAA has put in place is a system of "Singles". Which promotes bands writing one "good" song, and then filling the rest of the cd with crap. They want you to hear the single on the radio and go out and buy the whole cd. The singles are already on P2P networks, so they've got nothing to promote with there.

No, No, No... My sensitive IT information is only secure if I have my own, private office... With a window!

I'd always hoped Dark Matter didn't exist.
But i'm still depressed about the Universe expanding.

but the basement is where i watch "The Real World"
"They've jammed our radar sir"
"Raspberry. There's only one man who would dare give me the raspberry: Lone Star!"
This isn't the first time they've tried this, anyone remember the Power Pad?
Yep, there's your answer Fish-bulb
