There is likely two sides to the coin here... on one hand, this seems to be cool as hell, and I would love to see the finished product.
On the other hand tho, I can't help but wonder if any privacy issues have been raised? I'm not so sure I'd want my house in 3-D available thru google maps...
This is actually quite refreshing to hear, it isn't often fans are dedicated enough to bring a game back from the ashes. All too often we are overindulged with games that are all flash - and no substance.
Heck, I loved the original 'Rogue' game, and it sure didn't need a lot of fancy graphics to be fun!
Surely, you must know by now, it's just another step towards martial law...:( The only way "Democracy" is ever going to be restored to what it once was - is at the end of a rifle. But most other Americans in this country are to apathetic/dumb/lazy to fight for their rights, using the method I described above.
It's sad really...
"So this is how Democracy ends - with thunderous applause..." - Senator Padme Amidala, Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
So, since I don't buy any CD's anymore (at least, not since the RIAA went after the original Napster, and not from any current RIAA distributer) this affects me how? LOL
It amazes me just how *stupid* these people are... (i.e. Sony, RIAA)
I guess, ultimately, what it'll end up being, is that they'll come out with a CD, that you can buy, but likely won't be allowed to listen to under any circumstances - seeing as it may circumvent the DMCA... Sheesh
Excuse me De Führer, but whilst you're burning the books, let me give you a dildo to shove up your ass!
How did we ever let these retards in power? hmmmmm????
Uh, Mod, I wasn't trolling, I was dead serious, with just a touch of satire... :/

Well, time for me to check it out!
And you're a prime example of being in denial...
Wake up and smell the fascists dude.

It's about damn time someone challenged it... 'nuff said.
