A nice article, really, but it is meant for too broad an audience... I mean a lot of research teams claim to be going for those goals, but where's the proof? If anyone has more specific info on what these guys did, pls share
Oh, come on, at least they follow proper buissness logic. I mean, if you don't know the name, how do you know what to build? The name is the first and most important part of the project... And everyone knows that there are plenty of free names in the areas of bodily diseases, intestines and greek mythology. So, thumbs up NASA.
Now that's something that should definately be on the list. Remember all those articles how the cell was going to be the biggest competitior for PCs and how we were going to have cell processors in everything and link them and do all sorts of cool and weird things? Well, suddenly, nobody talks about it anymore...
I personally have been waiting for this for a long time. Bill Gates should come to International University Bremen, then we can invite him to join our Anonymous Alcoholics union.
Waiting patiently,

This only confirms that there is no point of running anti-spyware software on a windows box. Simply because with this litle toy windows will be spyware by itself.
I think this is kind of useless anyways, since if you sent something you (hopefully) know which company you sent it with. And most companies have tracking as a feature on their web sites, so what's the point?
Hah,
In my home country [Bulgaria] I remeber there was a guy who payed with 2 stotinka [1 cent] coins, it was like a few bags... can you imagine, you need a few people to carry that... but no one made it to jail... hum I guess such a thing can only happen in the US...
don't be too paranoid;)
Unfortunately, I have the same problem and there's nothing I can do. My University even went as far as claiming that the P2P programs are illegal , no matter if they are used for perfectly legal purposses. But as long as you (and I) sign our contract for network usage, there is only one thing: trick them and hope you are smart enough not to be caught:)
Even scarier, you can boot from a pen drive, where you have root access and just plant the thing
I'm sure the other comets are freaking out
The other spider in the container was hungry :)
Make the U.S. a Leader on Climate Change.
I dare say the US is already the leader on climate change. On a serious note though, good initiative.

would welcome our Google overlords, if only it wasn't the 1st of April. (always wanted to say that :P)
