They ripped out some of the most fun parts, and the initial release of - for example - Tiberium Wars was a huge buggy piece of shit. I can't count how many times the thing de-synced and crashed during online play within the first 6 months of patch-cycles, not to mention the bugs that often left single-player missions somehow unfinishable.
You DO mean Tiberium Twilight (CnC4) don't you? Tiberium Wars (CnC3) came out in '97.
The answer to your question is Fallout 3.
But the problem is, where are all the Vaults?? Oh right... Vault-Tec lost it all on Lehman Bros. bonds... We're screwed!...
(I jest. I JEST!!)
I've been keenly following the development of this device in the hopes of getting one before Christmas.
Anyway, here's a newspaper article dated Aug '09 about the company behind all the "heavy lifting". Seems that they got into a partnership with Arrington with the hopes of him being the marketing guy.

I have been on the same type of diet in order to reduce my weight due to Type 2 diabetes. Over 4 months I have lost 18kg and I agree that you will feel pretty awful for the first couple of days. If you cheat, it could take a couple of days to get back into the ketoic state again, though I would say 3 days at most, and not so much as a week. Your mileage may vary.
Not just Nokia... No wonder Bill Gates just sold his MS stocks...
