    "Front end" - is the worst programmer's mistake by design. Don't see it? You think you are programming? Think again.
    "A lightweight wordprocessor" - Like Wordpad? Using OS'es base document controls? How much extra code you need to make it work? How much loading time of the extra lightweight-wannabe interpreted layer is required to start this code? I see no assumption balance here.
    "My address book" - same as above.
    "Robot instructions" - I agree, but robot needs to have embedded specifically designed interpreter to parse io's and ctrl-s without eg. Python's SQL server bindings, so you need to write one, for it's embedded platform I'd recommend C/C++ and/or native eg. arm assembly.

    Probably such comets were life seeders and maybe even barrers or at least impact energies have let coal and water rich debris to carry this energy to start life on planet(s) nearby. But nothing's certain.

    Sex balance in earth population makes impossible to attract equal number of females and males to workplace which is by differnces in sex favoured more by one side or another. So geek IT field will be always mens domain by mind nature and statistics could only be fixed by taking woman managers and secretaries into account.

    Try to check the difference between while(i>0) { put here your favourite calculation repeated 1M times } and while(i>1) { the same alg, with intermediate values greater than cpu assembly provides (eg. > 255 on ARM7TDMI), with x=y*12 instead of x=y3 + y2 } etc

    For binary data (eg. floats) URL base64 encoding anyone? With vowels replaced optionally by special characters. As usual M$ optimizes wheel.
