And if you plan ahead and think out every possible configuration, and run all the cabling at once, you'll thank yourself later.
I can't agree with this more strongly. I just closed on my house a year and a half ago. About the smartest thing I ever did was to handle all aspects of electrical / wiring first. Added smoke detectors, updated the service, outlets and ran cable.
I have a wireless network running, as well. And it's great for surfing from the couch. But for video, audio and "real" computer work, you can't beat a wire.
That being said, I hope people know that there are other ISPs that are willing to have you as a customer.
Isn't that kind of the way it works? I've always looked at AOL as Internet training wheels. Once a user learns how to "ride", the training wheels do nothing but slow them down. Eventually, the wheels come off and the user moves to a "real" ISP.

I think the point is that the functionality is what's new....the idea that the search "pops-up" on the same page withouth having to open a new window.

Ummmm.....ever traded in your old clunker for a brand new car?
Here is a good place to get a little history on how the Mac came to be. Pretty interesting anecdotes from the people who made it happen.
