    The satelite orbit is highly elleptical. They are using 2 nearby gravity wells (Earth and moon) to change it into a more cicular orbit)

    Imagine a circle (geosynchronous ) say 1 Unit. Now imagine a oval that crosses the circle. With 0.1 of a unit at the short axis the other ends will be way outside the circle.

    there's your problem. You are comparing one OS which is slower (vista) with one that is faster (XP).

    The only thing I can find about not being able to carry information is this.

    The leading edge of the light pulse has all the information needed to produce the pulse on the other end of the chamber, so the entire pulse does not need to reach the chamber for it to exit the other side.

    Ultimately, the work may contribute to the development of faster computers that carry information in light particles.

    I am offended that incandescent light bulbs are being phased out to make me put a light bulb in that takes more energy to make then it saves

    Let assume all the cost to see a bulb is energy use. Therefore if you save money by using fluros over incandescents then it has to use less energy

    has heavy metals so now when people throw them away the land is polluted more then the energy needed to run the incandescent light bulb.

    Look at how much heavy metals is reduced by less energy being used

    Those energy saving bulbs have to be specially recycled and sorry but most people will not spend the time or money or energy to do that.

    That point I can't think of a counter

    you make the maximum length of time the copyright can be licensed the same as the corporate one. Once the license runs out the corporate can re-negotiate.

    An idea I had was a government body which could buy the copyright by paying the amount they set.

    If they set it too low then it is very easy for the government to buy the copyright.
    Too high and they pay more on renewing then they get back.

    I disagree on the bulkier comment(at least for all bulbs). I have ones that are smaller then incandescents. Most CFLs though are bigger though.
