Copyright law exists to protect and benefit the copyright holder, nobody else.
Copyright law was started so that content producers would have a limited time to recoup their cost before it became available for all to enjoy (a balance between the copyright holder and the general public ). In other words an incentive to develop public domain works.
Finally, to sum up why I think this limited-copy DRM is a good thing: it removes the pro-piracy argument of "I just want to make personal copies!" from the equation. If you can make your own copies -- but can't distribute them -- then there's no reason why any legal owner would ever complain. With that farcical argument gone, the pirates have no pseudo-righteosness to hide behind.
Let say I wanted to rip to a media server but it is not supported by the DRM. What then?
In your example case, the fact that even searches directly related to do with Oracle don't give it to you is an indication of the former. In this case, some searches with Kinderstart DO give it. Others somewhat suspiciously don't (e.g. "Because kids don't come with instructions" gives a bunch of sites that link to Kinderstart but not one to kinderstart).
Well I had a quick look at Kinderstart but coundn't find "Because kids don't come with instructions" in text. All I could find was an image of it (google can't read it)
There are talking about restricting speed to certin websites say slashdot. So for example $40 gets you ascess to their approved sites but no other ones.
I use the stylus for the buttons as well.
without network or persistant storage sounds pretty useless.
First networking: they are using a mesh system
persistant storage:They have flash memory
the flash will get worn out
But would that before the hard drive get worn out (probaly in a dusty enviroment)
Other factors contribute to crime. That doesn't mean violent media doesn't contribute at all.
But if violent media contributes why did the crime rate go down
Video games have been popular since the 80s at least.
When did violent games start becoming popular?

Disclamer:I am not a lawer
to be licensed as a whole at no charge to all third parties under the terms of this License.
You can sell for however you want, you just can't charge extra so that it is licensed under GPL
Which comes back to my point about cost per watt (to install them).
Anyway using http://www.greenandgoldenergy.com.au/ 15 years pay-back.
The main problem with solar cells actualy is the cost per watt not efficiency. Less efficiency just means you need more of them.
Why?
part of Slashdot's motto is "news for nerds"
Not me.
I wil be executing revolutionsSold++

You can remove the search bar by customize and drag the search bar into the icons.
Understand your point but his theory is
Only Microsoft/dreamcast will buy the xbox360 not all dreamcast fans will buy the xbox360(which is what you think he means) I think.
I thought that the GPL only requied you to give the code to people you give the binaries too.
OOPS :-{ Meant to say it can't run DS code
The gba slot can run DS code by itself. To run DS Linux you need such a thing as flashme ,passme or wifime
Mike rowe actualy didn't go to court but microsoft offered him an acceptable settelment for him to stop using his name.
Hyperthetical example if someone pays you say 10 million to change the name of your company would you change it?
Well from my point of view I coudn't use phpmyadmin on IE because it was too slow (probly downloading) but when i used it in firefox it loaded.

Then they find the proxies and severly restrict the speed you can connect to them on it.
it's only the non-embryonic stem cells that have shown any kind of success.
My opion: Maybee more research has been done on non-embryonic because of this controversy
Mabee they have but have not been called the Furlings
I'm from Australia and the only unlimited plans I know of (ever) are dial-up and we still have them (pretty hard to find any other plans).
Just read what I said and OOPS made a mistake it's not internet ready. I got confused with having wifi support and being able to use it.
Do you have a wifi enabled game (animal crossing, mario kart, tony hawk)?
