Personally I think that we just accept bugs nowadays , I use some very buggy software when laying out PCBs and have had to find several 'work arounds' to get the finished project. I mean who complains about the amount of updates you need for Windows , you just accept that if your computer crashes you re-boot , CTRL-ALT-DEL gets used often when it just hangs. I think that if we keep on accept it that software will have bugs it will only get worse.
Perth in Western Australia has had fuel cell busses for well over a year http://www.dpi.wa.gov.au/fuelcells/partners.html so if they wanted to test relibility what better way then on a bus , just think of all the angry commuters if one broke down .
I would be surprised if the dockers weren't just going slower ( deliberately ) because the new system can keep track of work/turnover , especially as the docks are all union run and they all love a pay rise and more overtime for doing nothing new .
Why don't they invent Riot Foam that they used in the comic 2000AD ? just quick setting hard foam that's breathable. Drop it on them and then cut them out 1 by 1 .
Nevermind , I'm sure Baldrick has a cunning plan 8)

Tesla , that's the guy who in 1880? tore up a contract that would get him $2.50 for every horsepower his AC generator produced . Idiot!

Actually the 11th Commandment is;
11: Thou Shall Not Get Caught.

If I've learnt anything from TV we can just dial up another Stargate and go there.
