Following this reasoning, all Indo-Chinese may never produce software, as Indos' is just too close.

Now on another note... My new program will be released in a few weeks worldwide. It is a new OS that comes with an Infra-red control unit. It allows switching between active programs using the channel up and down buttons, or jumping to the desired program using the number keys. It has direct volume control for the sound system, and even allows recording of a programs display and sound. The name has been trademark'd as
TELEVISION. IT WILL RULE THE WORLD!

Court procedings are already under way to force these little electronics companies (i.e.. Sony, Panasonic, ... too many to name) into using only TV to describe their 50 year old products.

I always thought MS had it right though. An OS named after an object that is transparent and encourages outsiders to peer inside at will. They should hold onto that name. It truely is their product.

    "

Oh please. You missed the memory flash back of the captain? Childhood with the vulcan chick. (they live 200 years...) That did not appear to be an insert of the chick into a prior memory. That was evidence of her knowing more about the captain's past than he realizes. I know she is only reflecting the feelings for captain that I formed after so many Quantum Leap episodes...

And for the mis-matched links to all the old Star Trek storylines, THERE IS A TEMPORAL COLD WAR GOING ON!!! This base of a history could change long before TOS or TNG!!!!!!!

    I LIKED IT!
(and my opinion is the only one that counts)

I am amazed that I saw no comments on the NSA's "we're so behind the times" talk and this "security guidelines proposal".

The NSA thinks they have a method (hard/soft) they can conceal, which aids in their data collection. They push a few politicians into offering it up as copyright enforcement methods to force it into widespread use. They portray their force as inadequate to help hide the scheme. Finally intelligence gathering is on a path to global levels equaling WWII levels, but not just against the enemy.

    Sneaky guys.....

My patent includes 4D client-server games. All games client-server based, using 3D graphics, and do not complete within an instant are infringing. Any 3D games taking "time" are to cease and desist all processing immediately!

In order to keep your Quake-like games running, send me your first born. This will entitle you to a one year license for using my patented process. In order to re-new this license, prior to it's expiration, you must barter with your neighbors for their first born.

Add a camera to a street corner scanner, or parking lot exit, and tie the data to a license plate. Instant customized billboards on highways.

Why don't I just stick a broadcast antenna in my shorts that lists all my choices to the world.

This just shows the deals MS must have now made with the hard drive manufacturers. With all the GB disks being made, the sales are slowing down. Maxtor and Western Digital seem to have succeeded in convincing software designers to find a way to keep customers from deleting their creations.

And is a "New" document? Changing a letter in the first word/field written would be a major percentage of the document. It could be enough to require usage of New Document credits. I guess you best have your intents cleared with management before starting anything with Office at work.
