And what about the actually important issues, like full PNG compatibility, and actually following the w3c standarts?
Oh, wait, sorry, yes. Microsoft would rather follow a trend and make the majority happy, while leaving out the people who are actually in trouble because of the current versions of IE.
The webdevelopers! Are they even thought of? Will we ever be able to develop a great website design without having to "hack" our CSS in mysterious ways, thereby invalidating our CSS validity?
In order for BitTorrent to dominate eMule, is to have an equally large collection of files on it, while maintaining tolerable download speeds.
On emule, I'll probably even be able to find a pic of your grandma naked, even though she hasnt have had any naked photo sessions (I hope...). Isnt that something? On BitTorrent, you're lucky if you find a release from six months ago.
eMule and BitTorrent just appeals to diffirent kinds of people, that is all. There is no "domination". Comparing eMule and BitTorrent is like comparing appels to oranges.
A rock might be rock hard to me, but it might be spoonge-soft to a Giant Crushing SuperMachine(tm).
Yes, I do agree with you that a tree falling in a forest without me hearing it, is still just the same (Some people argue the opposite), but while something is universally true for me, might not be universally true for some(thing/one) else.
As this is said, Linux is not better than Windows, and Windows is still not better than Linux, and while people go crazy about Linux vs. Windows, a few smart people just ignore the buzz and stick to *BSD
If people are so scared of a "bandwith hit", why dont they just install a transparent proxy? This way, the service pack only gets downloaded ONCE, and is later distributed over your LAN, without disturbing "real" internet traffic. I've been using this method for ages now, and all users are really happy about being able to update their OS faster.
Furthermore, this will also reduce WAN traffic by big heaps.

Would you please tell me what that is supposed to mean?
Now you can seed your secret corporate documents!
If Microsoft bundled Office with Windows, they'd get sued and would end up paying a shitload of money for that. That is why.
Offcourse, they could give out Windows XP with Microsoft Office on it, and gain complete and unmatched domination in the Office-products market.

In the old days, an Intel user would say the exact same phrase.
Gotta hope they didnt empty their trashbins!
What you actually hear are sound waves
Sound is defined as vibrations. If there are vibrations, there is sound.

That everything is relative, even this statement.
Nobody should trust maps, as they might be out of date, or insecure and flawed.
