The air turbine was an accident. Apparantly they were trying to power one of those handheld cooling fans with a phone battery when a along came a gust of wind.
Can we expect to see the label "TURBO" plastered on the side of future mobile phones?
If every penny counts, IT managers, give your IT staff the option to work from home. Paying their ADSL bills is a lot cheaper than paying for the office space, workstation and those insipid machines that dispense caffine or soup. All projects become instantly task based and everyone gets to work in their personalised environment. You need to keep a few desks for collaborative projects and the ones who need to escape home and probably to provide or subsidise workstations but cost will drop dramatically and you when your star programmer moves to Barbados, you have the frame work to keep them onboard.
However, make the project managers come to work everyday because it might be interesting to see how they spend their days without being able to continually interupt the techincal staff for help working out their specs.

Having read the review and slasdot comments, I can see that there might be somthing to this blink business. However, to be fair to the book I'm going to go with my first impression (it's probably a load of tosh) and not buy it.
Have a look README.html file that is in the same dir for more info :
