I doubt if any of the reviewers used the system for longer time. I think they just install it perform few stamdard actions and move on to review another distro.
I am in the process of moving to Ubuntu. Tried Suse but it didn't work on my system. I can aford Mac, give me some advice on some good distro
There is no water or wind there and no way erosion could cause such shapes. I better start taking more seriously Electric Universe folks. Their explanations might be lees crazy than official party line. I will keep checking http://www.thunderbolts.info/tpod/2005/arch05/00cu rrent.htm for some interesting explanations.
I was brought up on a farm. On the kitchen wall there was a clock that was always set to Standard time and never changed. We used to call it cow clock, so the cattle was fed and milked at righ time.
in wasn't BC but CE. The first version of cathedral was released in about 33 CE. Initially it was very simple and efficient system, but when Master developer and his twelve assistants were unable to contribute to the project anymore those who carried on with development ended up with very fragmented system with most popular distor being very resource hungry. Some dissident developers tried to change their distros or start new more simple and less resource hungry distros, but most of them were silenced with threats of being booted from the project and other things. some who managed to start successful simple distros often also in time ended up with resource hungry inefficient systems. Some other dissident developers say that from reading comments in the source code they know that Master developer has the copyright for the project and is supposed to come back and claim his right back remove bad developers and give good ones superuser rights. Others others dispute that view.
Trolling and flamewars continue...
Do you remember an article on/. few days/weeks ago about possible slow demise of Microsoft?
In his blog he writes:

I would argue that Microsoft used to know how to ship software, but the world has changed...
I've been using linux for couple of years, several times i thought about trying one of bsd systems, but didn't have enough courage to reccucitate it. If i see something that i like about them, then i might give it a try though.
Maybe he did. When he announced first planet outside the solar system, a friend of mine has shown me an article in a polish Astronomy magazine, where one of well known astronomers was debunking his theory about a way of discovering planets without seeing them. So he had to leave the country and try his luck somewhere else. I wonder if the same happened to him in america...

The link below shows few strange photos of asteroids. One of them has a strikingly similar (compared to size of the body, and if you take off small craters) big hole like your moon. http://www.thunderbolts.info/tpod/2005/arch05/0507 14asteroids.htm
