    There hasn't been any mercury in the measles vaccine used in the US for years.

    Hmm. So why did I refer to BC, as in British Columbia, up in Canada, then?

    Obviously Canada is the US. And the Moon is Mars.

    Usually the rush batch that comes out early has a different formulation than the later batches. There's also a difference between live culture (usually early batch) and later cultures. Most of the time I get the early stuff, but there's oral preparation too.

    What do you expect from one of the top research universities in the world? We solve real problems, and create new switching devices for networks, not patch together spaghetti code, or parse the human or mosquito genome using game theory.

    We have key cards and everything. It's quite neat. You should try that "job" thing sometimes.

    How old school. We use level 8 biometrics in our ID labs. And then remotely control our colleagues nervous systems.

    This is fairly similar to the outbreaks of Whooping Cough in WA, ID, OR, and BC, all of which are highly correlated to "parents" who resist immunization on fanatical religious grounds.

    Seriously, if you're concerned about mercury in shots, there are alternate versions of distribution of vaccines, but not getting shots spreads disease and ends up killing kids.

    If you've read the Vanity Fair articles you know that the problem is not the IT, it's the senior management at Goldman that patches together spaghetti code and STEALS OPEN SOURCE CODE by slicing off the headers from the code they stole.

    Nothing good ever came from Goldman.

    Technically, the CSIS spies don't spy on anyone, they just have their passports counterfeited by the other agencies, but, other than that, you are correct.

    The Germans aren't spying. They are "observing".

    Just like the Chinese, who are spying and bribing and all the other things you think they're not doing but are.

    No, most of that is the money sloshing out of bond funds and from China as people flee to the safety of US markets.

    It's called a soft crash of the Chinese and Indian markets - from unsustainable 10-12 pct annual GDP growth rates that caused resources to run scarce, to more reasonable 4-8 pct annual GDP growth rates that allow markets to function optimally.

    Stop panicking.

    This really only affected the gamblers in the market using NASDAQ options, not people buying and selling actual shares.

    It didn't impact limit orders up/down, or any buy or sell orders, just the gamblers that exaggerate noise in the market signal to bet against other computer systems that exaggerate more noise.

    No actual investors were harmed, only gamblers. You could see it in the calm reaction of the shares - instead of bouncing up and down as gamblers tried to tweak it up and down for profits, it remained stable, since the reality was that the share pricing does not actually trade that much without gamblers distorting the signal.
