well what kind of respect do you think investors/wall street analysts deserve when they invest uber amounts of money into a company (phenomenem) that they dont really understand and has no real way apart from herd mentality of making your money back.

well I can tell you for a fact that the connection times on lufthansa work great, we have no only run a voip call from their USA/Europe but also ran a video conference on our in house FMS based video conference server.

I think there is even a screen shot of it on the http://www.unisona.com/ website.

yep not that big a deal, check out www.savaje.com and www.mexuar.com on Tuesday for a release announcement at JavaOne in SF about their voip capabilities. for 3rd party developers this will be a much bigger deal (and will also make the recent Pangean WM 5.0 announcement look like small times) Also if you really want to see what nokia have planned look at their Java CDC compliant handsets they have in the pipeline for release in about 4 months from now..... lol - also ask why they didn't want announcements coming out before JavaOne. lol - it's almost like that....is anyone even releasing product on Win CE anymore with Windows Mobile 5.0 being such a defacto these days.

Also is anyone aware of the new entirely Java OS for mobile phones from www.Savaje.com ?

They are launching the first of their mobile hardware solutions at JavaOne next week in SF along with the sdk for your code.

Basically the idealogy behind savaje is that anyone can build java applications that will run on your phone today right now and best of all be able to interface with applications and devices over the data stream via the internet.

    more info here http://deancollinsblog.blogspot.com/2006/05/javaon e.html

I'll be on the Savaje stand at JavaOne (working for an as yet un-named 3rd party development partner)

hmmm as a contractor to an ASP solution it's news to me that we are no longer an ASP and now a SaaS !!! I think the Salesforce themselves would be surprised to hear they are no longer an ASP. My understanding was always SaaS was a particular applet or subset instruction (such as hosted exchange rate calculator - or similar minor calculation) and that an ASP was a total solution such as salesforce.com BTW check out www.TractionPlatform.com it's a multi channel digital marketing platform enable the sending and receiving of digital messages and campaigns such as email, sms, web votes/surveys, ivr/dtmf, xml etc etc. Cheers, Dean

Clinton gets a blowjob in the oval office.....gets in trouble big time, Bush breaks the law on a massive and unpresecedented scale - no one says a words because that would be seen as aiding and abetting the 'bad guy' terrorists.
