    The motives of AGW shills, like the hypocrite Al Gore, are quite transparent, as they set up markets and funds to profit from cap & trade and related scams. The center for climate research, for example, is clearly a fount of agenda driven pseudoscience.

    nonsense, crop yield depends on the cyclical phenomenon known as *drought*, not on whether the average temperature for a year was a fraction of a degree higher than the last year's. One of the pseudo-scientific ploys by alarmists is to attribute any current weather to AGW. In a flood year, "global warming will make more floods, look, it's happening!". In a year with a blizzard, "AGW will cause more blizzards, look it's happening!" etc. etc. Recently we saw NASA release spewing nonsense about "unprecedented melting in Greenland", totally ignoring that it is a 150 year cyclical event right on schedule.

    Simple customizations as settings that the user could do require a DEVELOPER with GNOME3. It is far inferior to the desktops that respect a functional model that has been honed and refined for over a decade,desktops that are extending and future-facing in the direction of user needs, e.g. mate, cinnamon, KDE, lxde, xfce4, etc.

    if it's affectnig the whole globe, it's not global warming. You have some hot weather. The warmest decade was the 1930s, the record highs for most of the USA weree set in 1936, there just wasn't density of temperature measurement as we have today.

    And the error in measurement of the early 20th century could very well mean the hottest year was in the 1930s.

    Get a grip, theree is no chance of any disaster with the problem mentioned in the article. Only a slow leak would form and the reactor would have to be taken offline for a head replacement (which is nothing new, they are expensive at $120 million+ but oh well.....)

    Those bomb on Japan were air bursts, no fallout. The only maiming and killing from radiation was from "prompt radiation".

    However, don't get the silly idea that the problem mentioned in the paper would cause any environmental disaster. The only thing that would happen would be the formation of a slow leak, and the reactor would have to be taken offline. No harm except to the stockholders and executives.

    You overlook the fact the "climatologists" generate thousand of models which are thrown away as they are found to predict nothing, they "cook the books" after the fact to cherry pick models. that is pseudo-science.
