    Done it, twice. Still 'won.' Once for EA, the second time for my most recent eviction hearing, and in that one I offended both judge and plaintiff in the same fell swoop, in front of a commission, with hard backing of State and Federal Law quotes.

    No, every revision does NOT have identical performance and the hardware revisions changed dramatically, from removing features to adding others. The revisions with the combo EE+GS chips showed considerable improvement in SotC play over the older separate GS and EE chips, but still not enough to play the game, with some scenes still dropping to 5 FPS or worse.

Your idiots told me I had to give them my laptop so they could install drivers for my LCD to be replaced (we haven't needed drivers since 1998 for a plug and play monitor with EDID. This was 2000 fucking 9.)

    It was still produced with the work of a Federal Agency (and let me tell you, half of that tech MOST CERTAINLY is not in the public domain, either, despite being funded with taxpayer money.)

    We may have the rights to it, but only the government will likely be able to sue if this takendown were malicious in nature, as it affected all of us. The government would sue on our behalf in a full class-action, and the case would be titled "The People of the United States of America vs. Scripps."

    What must be seen is whether the government would have any copyright over the creation of this NASA video. Since NASA is a Federal level agency, it's very possible that it does.

    Sager, which you can get for half the price of a similarly-equipped (actually better since OSX doesn't support anything past a 5770 currently) Mac. Oh, and if you're GOOD enough, you could just drop MenuetOS on it and have your own OS in under 20 MB, running faster than anything you've ever seen - from a FLASH DRIVE.

    Less in my laptop, actually, with higher specs, including dual GPUs. Plus I have a 32" monitor, wireless keyboard/mouse, mixer board, 5.1 speaker system, and much more, all well under the price of just the Mac Mini.
