This way QT widget handles 99% of the extensive logic required for handling a complicated widget like a multi-column list, while I can easily change only behavior I want. How do I do stuff like that with XML ?
They simply decided that the existing law does not prohibit congress from extending copyright protection. It is up to the congress to make laws and create extensions, SC is just interprets current law.

Well, the limit should only apply to the government funded abortions. Abortion procedures should be available in federally founded hospitals as long as the cost of the procedure itself is not covered by the government.

Basically the choice here is between people who create wealth ( pro-business groups - Republicans ) and people who want to benefit from the wealth created by the first group ( unions, trial lawyers, various "entitlement" groups etc - Democrats) I think the choice is clear.
