yup, those are deal killers, and the CDMA is a lock in to Sprint while GSM is used by more carriers and international while CDMA is rapidly becoming obsolete and is used only in the USA

i would rather see Redhat be turned over to CentOS, and if Oracle wants to keep borrowing code then they would have to obey the GPL and keep what ever code they change open so it can be folded back in to the FOSS Linux community, it is only fair since 99% of the code oracle's linux has been developed as GPL anyway
i seen source code with no licence at all, the author lost interest and abandoned it, or maybe died, the code is just up for grabs, legally it is in eternal limbo

it is probably some odd kernel driver for some obscure hardware that is free enough and the source code is open for inspection and modification which would be good enough to go in to the kernel source tree but maybe it has no license at all, just raw code open for anything
it allows to sell products through its Amazon.com web portal it could become as untrustworthy as ebay, i notice a lot of crap products on amazon the last couple of years, and it is gradually getting worse,
make it illegal for foreign countries to buy time and/or space for political advertizing, and only US Citizens are allowed to vote or even post comments about politics in the USA

make the MFGers of phones allow users to remove offending apps, i have a samsung S6 and i disabled microsoft office and facebook and a few other factory installed apps, but i can not remove them from the device

Sprint phones are all CDMA, while GSM is the better standard used by more carriers, hmm? i wonder if Essential Products thought of that?
