Exactly what does Justin Beiber have to do with music? I refer to him as an example of pop culture. Yes, I realize he is marketed as having something to do with music, but that's quite questionable.
Generally only because other people put them there. Nice to see this boys parents aren't forcing him to listen to Justin Beiber to fit in with the other kids.
I was going to say, I'm sure most OSX users are not thrilled about it becoming more iOS like. Look at how Windows users reacted to 'Metro', and most users' are not even using Windows by choice.
There really isn't such a thing as common sense. A traffic jam is just another common situation to be programmed for, and quite an easy one at that. If we have enough driverless vehicles, I think the number of traffic jams will be drastically reduce, as AI based cars are unlikely to tailgate an tap their brakes constantly like many (brain-damaged) humans.
Having several cameras recording the interior of the car should solve almost all of those problems. Most Cabs in many places have cameras already for the same reasons. A "phone home" operation for human assistance in unusual situations should solve the rest.
Most likely. Almost nobody under 25 can even understand what that means any more. This is the basic problem. There was a period much like the last 10 years in the 80s as well, that I described as 'soul-less pop trash'. There was a bit of a resurgence in the 90's, but less focused on instrumental or lyrical virtuosity. I think we're seeing another resurgence now, with more focus on instrumental virtuosity again, and a more acoustic lean.
... and a tiny screen sucks for those with big hands. Isn't it nice that people can choose a device size that matches their needs... just not with Apple.
Very much so, and with many good reasons. They are tryng to make it acceptable to lock users to proprietary formats, protocols, and connectors and not be able to decide for themselves what to install on their devices. They are also the biggest abuser (of the admittedly broken) partent system on the planet.
... Also, Samsungs do not by default run "Android" as such. They run a heavily themed wrapper over it that I and many others find much more difficult to use.
Also, still no widgets, or alternative ways to install software.
It is pretty hardware. Overprced, I think, but nice. I wish they'd either open up their walled garden or sell these for people to install other operating systems on. They could keep their 'prestige' brand while not crippling the hardware.
Love your sig, by the way. I'd also add "buggy", in that it frequently doesn't behave as intended.
Perhaps he listens to music he creates himself in his head.

64 bit is better in the real world, but not significantly so for the sort of things that are run on iOS.

I'm sure marketing was a big reason. They didn't seem to have much else to offer with their latest phone.

Plus a significant percentage of company gross income.
Have you used a Debian based system? Dude, step into this millennium.
Fired? Many of these people should be in prison.
I do as well. The local copy is for convenience ... the cloud copy is for safety.
It's free, it's fast, it's open, it's reliable, and it's not back-doored by the NSA?
I use CrashPlan. Nothing like off-site backups for the truly paranoid.
Linux user here. No real comment, just enjoying the show.
Do you pay for this operating system?
... then perhaps a formal process is required.

Yeah, same goes for the Google Nexus devices for that problem, and even more so.

You'll notice that Microsoft is not there. I don't think they have been unfairly maligned.
Rooting does not require exploits. A few locked bootloaders do, but they're becoming more rare these days.
