Sorry I've been waiting all to long to get this off my chest. There are so many flippin mp3 players out there, Most as good as, if not better then the damn ipod for better prices. Want a flash based one? How about one that takes compact flash disks (NEX IIe, 50 bucks) hard drive based? Hell even creative is better, nothing gets my blood boiling quicker, then to hear some jackass who knows shit about tech talk about how bad he wants an ipod. You are paying 50+ Bucks just because its fucking white and is called an IPOD. GOD DAMNIT

I was just getting into computers during the 16-32 bit shift, windows 95 etc. (I was 14) How come a new proccesor wasn't required like now? Whats the difference? No need for complete laymans terms, as I consider myself a pretty avid comptuer geek, but certainly no engineer.

I am actually looking forward to this. I Enjoy having a fast computer, and a decent video card even though I rarely play computer games on it. When I Do like to fire it up and play a little GTA or Madden though, I want the quality to reflect the time, effort and money I put into my computer. So I have a Nvidia 6600 gpu, and it fits the bill perfectly. Why not use it's power to render the GUI as well? As long as all this is optional (which it will be, because of laptops) I'm looking forward to it.
