I have heard it proposed several times that OS's & Programs should have all settings available for backup, and transfer via a simple file that could easily be transferred via usb key chains. I think the advent of these devices still make Desktops more viable because of their considerable price savings.
I got popped for taking some jerky out of a jar when I was 12, my mom had to pay like a 100 bucks on top of the cost of the jerky, Not sure what the 100 bucks was for, but now I am curious how they could do that.

Come on. If you are raising kids nowadays and do not have a computer for them to do homework on, you are messing up. Yea a lot of people do just use their computers as a glorified web browsing machine, but to say the PC is a relic, that is just ridiculous. I know a lot of people (outside of the/. Type crowd) who use their computers many other things. Especially with the new decreased costs, if anything PC's will get to the point where not just every house has one, but every person. Two PC households are very common.
There was this one flick We watched on my submarine, had this dude backpacking. He stops, pulls a midget out of his backpack, rails her for a couple minutes, finishes the deed. He then puts her back in the backpack, and goes about his business. Best porn I've ever watched.
Ok, i'll admit it that it has distrubed me that golden showers is now like a mainstream thing. I mean here I am checking out a hustler hardcore, and bam, I see chicks getting pissed all over. but Like I just said, this is (relatively) mainstream thing, so are they going to start prosecutting hustler now? Shit with the intelligent design debate this is starting to sound the fucking 1950's. If some dude likes watching chicks getting pissed on, it's his business, not mine.
It's not a matter of lazy. It's a matter of efficency. It's like saying using a computer to type something up, and make 50 copies on a machine is being lazy, when you could just as easily write it 50 times, and have a buff hand to boot. Simply not true.
The internet should be increasing overall intelligence. You can more or less, find the answer to any question on the internet in a matter of minutes. Then of course, only those inclined to want more knowledge will do so. So maybe the smart get smarter, and the dumb stay the same?
Well, if Like an ex girlfriend or something of mine died, then I saw some chick walking around with her face, I'd be thinking like sweet, round two, maybe this time she won't turn out to be a bitch, and I'd try to hump the face transplante, but if I saw someone with my dead sisters face, yea that would piss me off. Maybe they would have to make sure dead person/face transplante live in different area's or something to that effect.
What exactly does ECC Memory Do? (I am a computer nerd, so complete laymans term aren't neccesary), I would consider myself an enthusiast, I do a lot of video encoding/graphics work/etc, so what will ECC Do for me?

I'm quite happy with the balance of "power" with torrents and although I love downloading lots of crap, I wouldn't stoop to such levels to increase my leeching ability. Also if a bunch of shitheads utilize this, People will just stop seeding such torrents, and use torrents with a different source.

So does this mean that if a company makes a product where file sharing of any kind is really easy, but is very adamant (in the form of statements and such) that it is not to be used for illegal purposes, it is in the clear? Like for example how tons of pirate groups nfo's state that their release is for testing purposes only, and you should support software makers? Can software developers skirt the ruling with such tactics?
I kinda like it. Something products that I am loyal to, I am loyal to the point of it being like a sport team. As a niner fan, I love it when the raiders loose, or for that matter when anyone makes fun of raiders, or they look stupid for any reason. As a long time fan AMD Products (As a broke 18 year old with an aging 166MMX, the k6-2 380 Was a godsend) I enjoy the adds. Same way as a pepsi fan, I like the commercials that poke fun at coke.
but I think the marriage will last. I for one, have more faith in the open souce community to fix whatever issues hackers eploit. I also trust that firefox will just strive to be the best browser possible, as opposed uber-integration-domination-bloatation, and I've been told trust is the most important thing in a good marriage.

I have my music organized myself because I have 60 GB of music, scrolling through all my artists until I Get to WuTang clan would take forever. As for how long it took, maybe 5 minutes with directory opus in power user mode, and now I just deposit each download in its directory. The physicall button is a little up and down toggle, that you push in for select.
