    Radios don't have an IP address.

    You are absolutely correct about women's rights not being limited by the constitution. Whether the majority of the framers were for or against women's sufferage or slavery is another question. Certainly not all were on the same side. As for ad hominem attacks, I don't seem to be alone in that regard.

    The article says that email is a problem because you can't take an inscure, open form of communication and use it for secure, private stuff. How insightful.

    I must have 6 email accounts. What's wrong with adding a secure, whitelist-only account that I use for all communication involving banking, law, etc? Secure mail protocols already exist. This could be a value-add service for ISPs to do the hard parts. All it needs is an extra step when I want to add allow a new sender, that they provide their mail server. SPF could be used to automate that.

    Unless I'm missing something, you had better not put this inside a well-insulated wall. If you surround a tiny 5-W heat source with foam insulation, say.

    Let's guess some numbers:
    0.04 m^2 surface area (62 in^2 for the SI-challenged)
    RSI = 2 (about R=11 in US)
    Insulating plastic cover similar to foam

    I get a 250 C rise. It must depend on either a clear wall cavity, or a lot of heat conduction through the cables.

    With RAID 5 and 7 drives you would probably want to stripe across 6 drives, giving 500 GB useable space and keep 1 hot spare. The performance of a 6-drive RAID with one failed drive would be terrible, so you need to have a spare drive to rebuild your RAID as quickly as possible.
