You are absolutely correct about women's rights not being limited by the constitution. Whether the majority of the framers were for or against women's sufferage or slavery is another question. Certainly not all were on the same side. As for ad hominem attacks, I don't seem to be alone in that regard.
"The purpose of this software is to occupy 252 GB of disk space. Use as a word processor, spreadsheet or database is outside the intended use of this product and is not supported and Microsoft will in no way, shape or form be liable for any defects resulting from such use."
Compare that to the existing legalese on a box of cotton swabs: "not for use in ear canal"
The article says that email is a problem because you can't take an inscure, open form of communication and use it for secure, private stuff. How insightful.
I must have 6 email accounts. What's wrong with adding a secure, whitelist-only account that I use for all communication involving banking, law, etc? Secure mail protocols already exist. This could be a value-add service for ISPs to do the hard parts. All it needs is an extra step when I want to add allow a new sender, that they provide their mail server. SPF could be used to automate that.
Better might be to generate a picture of a clock and ask "What time does the clock show?" Even better, do an animated clock and have "Press enter when the clock shows 11:45".
Unless I'm missing something, you had better not put this inside a well-insulated wall. If you surround a tiny 5-W heat source with foam insulation, say.
Let's guess some numbers: 0.04 m^2 surface area (62 in^2 for the SI-challenged) RSI = 2 (about R=11 in US) Insulating plastic cover similar to foam
I get a 250 C rise. It must depend on either a clear wall cavity, or a lot of heat conduction through the cables.
With RAID 5 and 7 drives you would probably want to stripe across 6 drives, giving 500 GB useable space and keep 1 hot spare. The performance of a 6-drive RAID with one failed drive would be terrible, so you need to have a spare drive to rebuild your RAID as quickly as possible.
WinCE doesn't have enough comments to rate its own position on the scale.
Nothing wrong with copy & paste. My system has three different ways to do it. ... all incompatible
I think Edge and Bono should stick to music and stay out of politics. Er.. wait.

Fortunately, he or she will always be able to get a job at the Post Office.
"were paid" - still are, it appears. People in movies never pay cabdrivers, but they always have time to light up a cigarette.
How is transmitting something over the air where anyone can recieve it better than sending it over wires, which someone has to tap into physically?
Radios don't have an IP address.
it has frustrated me that they want to transmit "in the clear"
Where "they" means the NSA, in this case.
It could happen totally by accident. Here are two examples:
"Oh man, I shot Marvin in the face." - Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction
"It was one of the worst days of my life." - Dick Cheney on Fox
A collection of facts is no more a science than a heap of stones is a house.
- Poincare
Somehow I think Poincare would appreciate the complete proof.
What the Poincare conjecture shows is that you can distort any bounded (closed, simply-connected) 3D space into the surface of a 4D sphere.

Perhaps what we need is author liability for magazine articles.
Microsoft Office 17, ca. 2015.

Yes. I understand women are allowed to vote and slavery has been abolished.
