if I'd buy four candybars and they would come in the mail I would eat them all! ALL! excuse me while I go raid the fridge for some kitkat.
You just discovered why Americans are fat, yay for you. Sad fat low income American goes to walmart, buys huge box of vegetable oil labeled as chocolate and immediately eats it all.
I'm wondering if there was any discriminatory thinking by the jury.
Should I side with some random 'BIG COMPANY', or those nice folks that stay at my motel, dine in my cafe, rent my building and bring all this sweet economy boom to my town? Hmmm choices choices.
Part of the problem is that many of the latest 1080p phones are slower in games than their 720p predecessors such as nexus 5 vs nexus 4
I wonder why arent they rendering to smaller resolution window and then rescaling? M$ does this in X180 rendering games in 720p and upscaling to pretend its a next gen full HD console.
Forget software. Apple put M7, hardware dedicated to tracking when phone is sleeping or turned of. They dont want to lose track of you when battery is too low.
Information wants to be free for me, but not for thee.
Was AFP wrong to take the images because it violated the profoundly-honored institution of copyright, which everyone on Slashdot naturally adores (heh), or because they're a rich corporations, and rich corporations are always wrong compared to "working men"?
because they made money from it
I eagerly awate assemblerex's demand for Voltage Pictures to be compensated millions of dollars for the bittorrented distribution of The Hurt Locker. I bring this up as someone who was employed on that film, and note that that money pays my salary on the next film...
Look into your contract sucker, do you really believe your payment was somehow related to how much money movie made? I wont even mention hollywood accounting.
or you hijack small portion of victims network and secure VPN beachhead in another part. You send return traffic over VPN and dump it inside victims network = no BGP involved
The PS4 and XBone shouls really provide a nice steady revenue stream.
Wait WHAT? What drugs are you on? Microsoft is still $6B in the red, at that number doesnt even account for all the money spend on promoting and exclusives for X180.
It was also determined by now that landing gear was 100% OPERATIONAL, fuse for the landing gear popped open and pilot didnt notice it (standard procedure). Proper action was to look at the instruments panel, notice fuse, pop it in, land a plane, not crash it.
I absolutely agree. Instead of hiding these images, we should load them with malware so we can identify the sickos looking for these pictures then go to their houses and shatter their hands so they can never touch a child.
+1 lets do the same for all the people watching horror movies too, we cant let them running around with chainsaws killing people on Halloween!
The concept on Android of listing app permissions is a good one
NO IT IS NOT! A good system would let you fine tune permissions per app (+ spoof data if you so desire), and not a hostage of "I need to read your contact list" game.
Its poor that are getting fat because they eat cost optimized manufactured garbage thats so cheap you can eat a lot of it.
besides, you could plan to buy one at a time.

or just burn city court to the ground
I bet that would be cheaper than one settlement.
They upgraded to the Gold package. It will work as soon as they upgrade to Platinum!
or maybe Centurion.

what if target has few IPs? or ipv6?
Sure. Robot would have to
-look at the ground
-understand whats on the ground, flat vs obstacles
-understand solid vs movable/soft obstacles
we are barely at step 2 nowadays, even for quite predictable environments like roads.

Are you thinking of that belly landing by Polish Airlines Flight 16 (November 1, 2011)? The landing gear failed to lower and the pilot did a text book belly landing.

3D sensor in a phone is a no-brainer once you see the possibilities.
This is going to be the next big thing in iPhone 6. 300mil is cheap for the next good reason for everyone to upgrade their iCrap.

How sophisticated does a guidance system have to be before it qualifies as a (rather suicidal) robotic soldier?
