    You've got to be kidding. Unless your running around space in a pod, how do you gain the skills to get a decent ship? How you do get ISK to afford such a ship? Completing quests or mining ore or begging in newcomer channels is a grind in itself.

    There is no grinding, skills accumulate over time.
    You can buy ISK straight from CCP = no need to run stupid missions.

    whereas apple made the decision and bet on ARM.

    Apple has experience and proven track record in quickly changing archs. If anything new cpu arch would mean more money for them - forced upgrade cycle in ecosystem where users currently upgrade almost only when old stuff breaks or new one looks nicer.

    From what you say its half way there. HID for input, but then they go with proprietary sound api instead of standard USB/BT audio profile

    umm have you tried ANY VNC software at all? I tried a TON and not a single one wanted to get even close to 10% of my 100Mbit LAN between two computers, while at the same time lagging badly. Network is not the problem, VNC programs not utilizing it are.
    I would be perfectly happy with VNC server capable of pumping out >10Mbit video stream, doesnt mater if its jpeg, webp or h.264.

    Unfortunately - it isn't the Pi screen everyone wants. The thing people are screaming for is the one the Pi folks have promised us - the DSI screen.

    Why 1080p @60fps? Both the PS4 and Xbone will only be 30fps at the majority of games at 1080p.

    in fact both consoles will target 50-60Hz + vsync, but X180 will do 720p (so last gen) while PS4 will 900-1080p (due to better gpu)

    1) Expense. nuclear power is incredibly expensive to do safely, because if bad things happen at a nuclear plant nobody can ever live in that County ever again. Just look at Fukishima and Chernobyl

    1 Fukushima and Chernobyl are not countries
    2 Chernobyl is being repopulated, it started 5-7 years ago. it is SAFE to live there.

    Every release since they announced selling out have been gutted (saving to SD card, root, camera app, etc). They are removing things that made Cyanogenmod popular just so they can please potential Carrier/manufacturer clients.

    Because the projected volume is on the order of 1000 units. In that sort of volume, selecting a new keyboard, new screen, redesigning casework for them, and tooling up to produce it becomes prohibitively expensive.

    so why not use COMMODITY parts that are available right now? why are they using legacy garbage bin crap instead? Even $40 chinese tablets are capacitive by now.

    Dont know about US, but in Europe its pretty standard for a car thieve to use unlocked ECU to bypass any immobilizers\electronic keys.
    Long forgotten are the days of connecting wires under the steering column, now they just swap computer and car magically starts.
