    What were their grounds for requesting removal? I got a threat letter from
    the MPAA asking me to remove DVD related software and documentation from my
    web site a few weeks ago. I sent them a strongly worded response and haven't
    heard from them since.

    This one paragraph in my view basically sums up not only online distributors but the music business in general. Its all about money, the artists want some, the distributors have some and we the people have to pay through our ears to get the music.

    With Microsoft possibly being broken up into smaller companies, investing in other simmiliar companies may not be the worst thing for ms. If they get their foot in the door now with these other companies, if they get broken up they can still influence technology and consumers and thus still being able sell their products sucessfully

    This seems like a pretty long time desipite it being only 10 hours, I mean pratically and seriously How many people are going to be moving around for 10 hours ? and if you are in a car or something I am sure the company would also have a adapter or something that plugs into the cigarette lighter
