ISPs are not meant to police the web. they shouldn't be responsible for their users' security flaws; for content that users post on unmoderated servers; for blocking spam; or for preventing malicious application from working.
what they should be doing is providing internet services; like bandwidth, hosting, and email.

i hear that they're working on a software/hardware suite designed to pick up voice and digitze it (over a proprietary network), allowing for two-way communication. apparently, they're hoping to fit it all into something as small as a pocket calculator.
Please do not misinterpret my statement. I was not arguing for evolution, against pansperma, creationism or any of the other ideas that you have mentioned. I was merely pointing out that faith as a concept defies rational evidence, that's what faith is, after all see entry two. Faith defies evidence. That is not in question. The validity of such evidence is a completeley different matter for debate.
TOS and EULAs are very rarely accepted as a contract round here. many people break them, get sued and wind up winning: simply because the 'contracts' are ruled as unenforcable because the user never reads nor sees nor has a choice about them.

we can. that would be the point at which we exhaust silicone technology. see?
it ceases to apply when it is no longer possible to double the number of components on a processor. there is a minimum size of components.
