Actually, on my Pismo, tapping the pad and clicking the button have 2 'different' effects. In some (most? all?) games, the tap registers as the right mouse button. So, maybe a little hack would be possible using tap and click?
What makes you think it is operated without human interaction? Are you really that dumb? The computer tracks the target and makes correction and calculations that a human could not make in time. It does not decide which target to shoot at. It is not completly automatic.
Grow a brain.
A good friend of mine has been going to NMU for the last 2 years, majoring in Art. He was required to get one of the IBM Thinkpads. He's quite pissed about it. Both his parents work at NMU, so he gets free tuition, but he has to pay extra for the laptop that he never uses. And to top it off, in the art department they use Macs, so for almost all of his classes, the laptop is totally useless. Even if he did get a Mac laptop, one that would be great for his art classes, he'd still be required to get the Thinkpad.
At the beginning of this year, there was a big hoop-tee-do when the Thinkpads were delievered. A big parade of IBM trucks pulled into town, and from what I heard (I wasn't in town at the time), and there was a big party of some sort. For laptops. Wooo.
Get a clue, moron. The Blue and White G3 was the system that preceeded the G4 tower. It only came in Blue and White. There was no Grape. So nearly everyone calls it the Blue and White G3 to distinguish it from the earlier beige G3 tower.
and remember that even a Mac port is highly unlikely
Whatever. At the MacWorld Expo in NY this July, Alex (Bungie's CEO) announced that Halo will definetly be coming to the Mac. And Ed Freies (sp?), VP of MS's games division said that Apple, MS and someone from Bungie will team up and be bringing all MS games to the Mac.
Yup, I picked up 3 of them for $5 at a University auction a few months ago. They even came with the plastic function key labeler thingies! I was up until 3 am for 2 nights in a row cleaning them, but, wow, it was so worth it.

I tried it on my dual monitor G3... It always defaults to the main monitor. I haven't found a way to get it on both monitors yet. Still trying, though...
And no, its not as easy as "turn[ing] on MULTIPLE MONITORS in the MONITOR CONTROL PANEL."
I tried both Q3 and UT on my G3 with 2 monitors. I couldn't get Q3 to work, (though, I didn't try very hard...) but I did get UT to 'work.'
To do this, I set both of my monitors to 640x480 and put them right next to each other in the Monitors control panel. I then edited the UnrealTournament.ini file. Changed the WindowedViewportX and Y to 1280x480. (2 640x480 screens right next to each other) I guessed at the FovAngleDegrees and put 120. (Way off, but, what the hell, huh? Heh.) I played it windowed, but I dragged the window over (it was as wide as both monitors) so it covered both screens. It 'worked,' but the menu bar and control strip were still visible. And the crosshair was right on the border between the two monitors. Alas. 3 monitors would be better.

F/A-18 Hornet 1.0/2.0. Sadly, version 3.0, which has spiffy Glide graphics and such, no longer supports multiple monitors.
A-10 Cuba also supports multiple monitors. I just wish I had a third monitor to use with it...

No. You can use any VGA monitor with it. It has a VGA port. Right next to the ADC port. Duh.
Good lord. You lucky bastards. Its $1.94 for regular here in the upper peninnsula of Michigan.
Actually, MacOS X is MacOS 10, but since X is the Roman numeral for 10, it was neater to use.
>The Blue & White (Yosemite) G3 Macs use ATI RAGE Pro video, but run on a "special" 66 MHz PCI slot.
Wrong. The Yosemites have and have always had a Rage 128.
