    well see that is where it is hard for animators.. i know what your saying and i agree with you.. but when you look at when it was done and the fact that they couldn't see what it really looked like till days after i think they did a decent job.. (that is all i am saying...)

    A friend of mine got a 360.. we where all skeptical about it.. but honestly that on a 1080i plasma. is truly nice.. some games where designed alot better than others (to be expected) but to be honest i never liked consoles.. but if i had the money and the time to play i would defintly get one

    yea anyone that thinks that throwing more money will make the movie better needs to have their head examined..

    i could see having an amazing story line and needing more money to make the viewer see the detail to make them feel that they where there.. but you don't have to have that.

    i think the amount of money they spend to make mediacore movies is crazy.. and i don't think it will help this movie.. as it is CGI all more money should do is give them more rendering time.. if it isn't in the heart of the animators and the story writers to make it right and put out something wonderful.. throwing more money at them isn't going to help.

    when looking back on it today i can see that argument.. but given the date it came out 2001 i thought that it was quite well done.. cgi has improved leaps and bounds since then.. it took them years to render the first one..

    now Advent Children.. that one i am quite impressed with. sure it was missing some ray tracing and all the skin was pale and chalky.. but the choreography was absoulty amazing and i have yet to see a movie that could match it.

    I have to agree with you on this.... this is why we run exchange server because of the Outlook 2003 cached exchange mode and OWA.. the ablility to have multi desktops and your web mail fully synced and even your pda connected directly to the server.

    If ms would take the time to improve OWA's abilitys with other browsers they would have the most powerful web mail out there.

    on the up side if you are willing to rip your hair out you can fix most of the cross browser issues your self - it isn't that bad

    What do you want to bet that anything that is signed doesn't get checked. because it is trusted..

    because by paying 300$ - the people must be legit.. sorry but the whole idea of root certs for by passing security measures is jsut dumb.

    That was more like a side conversation while three gusy where waiting for coffee in the morning.. I want to see details (servers, bandwidth, cost, space) what they use to manage it.. (i know it is home built but what is it like?)

    that is a lame interview and told us nothing more than we all already new (except that they work for paypal)

    no shit.. some times i hate it.. i don't have the issue with down time.. i just get thrown a projet an a resonable deadline (if it was the only thing i was going to do from now till then).. and i constantly get interupted by "my computer crashed" you go in and they yanked the mouse cord out of the back and wonder why it isn't working.

    most people are fine and i am luck to have a direct manager that understands and will shift work so that i don't go crazy.. but 12-15 hours days for me is not uncommon.. hell it is midnight and i just got home a alittile while ago.

    best thing i can say is that if you want to have a good an fair IT department (even if it is just you) have some type of job queueing in place and use it.. it will make your life so much better

    I have found it well worth while to find jobs at small companies that are related to the field you are intrested in.. sure there isn't a huge ladder to climb up but you get a few years in the field and if your company is any good you get a good reputation.. then you can move up and to a larger company that is what you want.

    if you don't have the papers you must show your experience - best to start out small as they are the most likly to let you try - and if you can prove your self you can open doors..

    but on the other hand i went back to the small company because i like the work better and the people are nice and not just out for a paycheck .. they want to see it get bigger.

    completely diffrent hardware and wires.. this type of hardware was desigend to be used in conjunctions with AC power at mid voltages and high current

    telco's are set up for mid-low coltages and low current DC..

    that and there switching equipment would never work with somethign like this.. they would have to replace everything..

    when you look at power and signal detla on AC it doesn't care if it goes through a transformer or two the delta is still proportonal to the average voltage..

    it would just make no sence to use it on phone lines

    i agree for the lower end speeds but honestly water cooling shouldn't count in the review.

    i am not nocking this proccessor.. i am happey to see these days agian.. it has seemed like both Intel and AMD have both been pushing out max clocked cpu's sence the 1gz barrier was simi broken by intel with cpu's that could run but not compile a kernal

    i might look into this cpu for a few things but i think they are trying to hype it up a little to much and are going to piss off alot of people when they can't get that 3.2ghz because they used the stock fan..

    although i am suprized that the stock fan can't handel more.. that would be the first intel boxed fan i have seen that wasn't designed to handel atleast one step higher for computers with poor ventalation..

    yea but with the 300A i used the box cooler and got it to 750.. this one you have to use massive cooling.. (not fun) remember the artical noted that when they went over the stock speed that the box can couldn't handel anything but stock speed under full cpu load

    your argument is correct. because of this

    security, and yells at you to come with them. Instead, you run back to your car, hop in, drive off, and catch the next flight back to the UK.

    if an MP told you to stop you have to or it is evading law enforcement. same thing as if a cop turns on his blue lights to pull you and you speed away even if you where doing nothing wrong..

    but more than likly in real life if the area wasn't labeled as restricted he would be fine except running..

    to go back to the artical in question - from what i can see it is more like he walked through a cut in a fence that was made by a teif.. sure he is being hung out to dry but that is because the teif wasn't caught
