and when you take the breath test and it reads positive (even though you haven't had a drink).. then what? then they can argue that you where drunk by by the time they did the blood test hours later that it had cleared out.. you get accused - they have evidence - but you were innocent.
I only note that because i've had one read positive on me even though i hadn't drunk a thing.. it was one of the "show & tell" deals for entry they do at fairs.. that's an eye opener..
Always refuse the breath test and request a blood test.. if the officer wants to try to nail you for drunk driving he has to accept the blood test.
in my State refusing the test is an automatic suspension of licence. the thing is, it's refusing to be tested, you can refuse the breath test and request a blood test and they have to either have an EMS come get you and take you to the hospital to be tested or they have to let you go/not file charges.. problem is when your stressed you don't think about it and a lot of people don't realize you can request an actual blood test.
I agree with you except the issue is Windows 7.. MS offers licences for things like EC2 and SPLA for Server OS and software - but not for Windows 7 desktop OS.. the fact that Onlive provides a Windows 7 interface over a 2008R2 is what is odd and likely to cause them problems.
well considering that a Typhoon is the Pacific equivalent to the Atlantic hurricane.. Typhoon's are far more dangerous than the hurricanes we see in the US..
I'd settle for reducing that last bit to "...that isn't an actual physical machine that has at least one unpatented purpose." And then improving the checks for prior art, because that's where the other weak point in the patent system is.
in that case the patent should only be for the "one un-patented purpose" else you will end up with the same things being patented over and over and over just in different context.. think back to the shear number of patents that exist now that have prior art outside the net but where re-patented by adding "on the web" or "in a network" things that are a natural progression of an idea.. Patents where meant for things that are non obvious. by allowing you to just tack a new way of using an existing invention and patenting it is allowing people to patent and lock others out of the natural evolution of ideas.
yea it got me at first - i was trying to figure out how they failed to transfer limbs to a "cadaver" and then couldn't figure out why the hell you would do that.. then i realized it was the guys name "Çavdar"
whats interesting is the laws changed to let that even happen only exist because of 9/11 when all the planes where grounded banks couldn't move checks to the fed clearing houses to get money moving.. so the Fed's changed the rules to allow banks to submit checks digitally for verification.
had 9/11 not happened there is a good chance that we would not be able to do what we do today with checks banking wise.
sorry but if you had an on-board IC die within two days.. you should have RMA'ed it.. and the odds of having that many different but distinct failures on a single board now days.. tells me there was an external factor causing failures.. either the board it self was truly bad (underlying structure) and again you should have returned it.. or something else in it's operating environment was out side of it's tolerance..
using that single experience to justify going to a completely different set of internals doesn't make sense.. and it surly isn't a point against the fact that unlike Intel AMD doesn't release internal designed and built spec reference boards for customers to use.. they design the spec and leave it to 3'rd parties to redesign build and implement.
if breasts are your only bit for Sex ed - i think there is a problem here. showing a penis or a vagina or god forbid both near each other.. that's hardcore stuff.
For example quit promoting the good teachers out of positions where they can actually help students.
that doesn't happen in my state (NC).. good teachers just stay where they are with zero reward.. and the bad ones.. well if they have tenure stay too.. OR along with bad principals.. get moved to "central office" where they don't have interaction with students..
I take offence to that - i'm on of the "20 somethings" (just barely, but holding on to it) and I've been in the field for 15 years now.. i do agree with your comment in that that is a mentality i hate and i agree with you that it happens too often. far too many people now days only know exactly what they have been told and lack the want/will/ability to learn why something is the way it is - or how/why it works the way it does..
all of which are required in planning. to have a game you need a goal - that goal would need defined standards for when it was acheive.. i would think size shape location are bare bones for digging out things like a pool.

that product has been around a wile (before 2005) and in different forms - it does what list for images/images of documents.
SMS is 160 7bit characters.. which is only 140 bytes.
$0.20 per KB.. still better than today's SMS rates..
AT&T charges $0.20 per SMS = 140 Bytes.. or ~$1.46 per KB

i personally feel sorry for all the spam i've caused me@you.com to receive
that is making an assumption that we will never need more than what has already been mined.. what makes better sense is to do both at the same time.
but he shot a Texas Lawyer - so i can't really knock him about it.. especially with all the other things he is done out there
x% of 0 = 0 where x is in any real number.
if the standards body was to be FRAND in this motion any royalty fees should be set as % of revenue.

i know commenting on my self is not good, but by they way.. i was trying to point out that my state is still screwed..
For example quit promoting the good teachers out of positions where they can actually help students.

that isn't old - how much space a webpage uses is a big deal based on your traffic levels..
yea all i saw was a single function under 140.. but it doesn't have any controls or display.. not what i consider a full game
I'm a fan of removing their common carrier status if they keep pushing things like this
i love it.

right but if you use the scoring (or the lack of) to kick players.. kinda like auto booting TPK'ers
