    People should really check the timestamps on things before they apply the REDUNDANT label. Five minutes really isn't long enough a period to justify this. The previous post along the same lines as mine wasn't visible at the time I began my reply.

    ...there's always that strange distortion effect in the background; know what I'm talking about? I have pretty sensitive hearing and can pick it out of even a high quality online stream no problem. Furthermore, I prefer to have control over what I'm hearing...I'll continue to stick with my CD collection.

    Yeah you have a point. I'm very sorry to have a system free of virii, spyware, devastating software glitches, and the inability to compile and install Linux apps. Man, I'm so jealous of you.

    I agree. It is an extremely clean interface...but then that's the whole point of the operating system for which is was made, clean, sharp, and to the point.

    ...that more people are buying into Apple computers than ever. True, Firefox is available for Mac OS X, but most Mac fanatics such as myself using OS are discovering Camino, which is also produced by Mozilla.

    My personal amazement never diminishes when companies or institutions complain over a competitor offering a good/service at lesser or no cost to the consumer. The price of academic materials climbs higher and higher each year without justification. If finding out that one plus one equals two and that Earth's gravitational field is measured at nine point eight meters per second squared costs X number of dollars this year, there is no reason it should cost X plus Y dollars next year. Sooner or later, you lose your target market -- especially when someone comes along fed up with the situation enough to do something meaningful about it.

    Well, that's okay. Often data is altered, padded, or just plain made up to make researchers sound smart -- I mean, 74.2% of all people know that.
