well, until drugs are exchanged for money, its possession, not distribution. illegal drugs are just that, illegal. hence the reason for the possession charge. mp3s are not illegal, therefor one can posses them. until they have changed hands, there is no distribution. use common sense, this isn't even the same ball park as selling drugs. and to quote Pulp Fiction, it ain't even the same damn sport.

hes just mad that he didn't get in on this in the beginning and thinks "Hey maybe I'll plant some seeds in their head and they'll sprout and grow into corruption" truth of the matter is that most linux projects are not even a part of the big picture when they 'sprout' everything is independent and people with their projects feel compelled to achieve a small goal. the collaboration of these small goals together make up and define linux as a whole. i believe most linux users know this, and they also know that if all these indie projects were 'controlled' by one person/a select group of people then it will become just as corrupt as the rest of the major players. This is child running around with a nuclear bomb. careful there pal

nice flame, how much did MS pay you for that one. sorry to inform you, but... that _is_ news. it'll help some kids complete their schooling. its not always easy to get enough aid to pay for it. ive several friends that had to drop out simply because they had run out of means to afford it, and though this might not pay for all of it, it sure would help them, and the target amount would seem alot more atainable.
