The problem is the people that "don't feel like busting ass" are not incentivized to contribute to society. They get free food, shelter, clothes, cell phones, medical services,... and are not required to contribute at all. When you reward lazy behavior more people are lazy, you then get to a point where the people footing the bill refuse to work hard because their hard work just goes to the lazy people.
Cops should have always on wearable cameras and tech that wirelessly streams to servers. Who watches the watchers? We should all be watching.
I doubt that would even be possible, streaming wirelessly inside buildings may be difficult, a building on the edge of town forget about it, then there is also the privacy issue when police enter people's homes. The videos should be encrypted and only prosecutors can decrypt them, so police can't alter their story to fit with the evidence.
Where did they get money assets and training when the captured Mosul? If I remember correctly they had hundreds of brand new white trucks lining the roads in Mosul.
Even in a closed system entropy will not always increase, it can stay the same. The second law of thermodynamics only states that in a closed system entropy never decreases.
According to Wikipedia ISIS has around 100,000 people fighting for it. The world's Muslim population is around 1.6 billion. Therefore ISIS contains 0.006% of the world's Muslims fighting for it.
Interestingly that's around the same percentage of the US population (0.006%) who were convicted of murder in 1994 (source), so is Islam really any more broken than, for example, 1994 America?
That's how many soldiers ISIS has, where did they get money for weapons, outside support. Where are they getting rations, outside support. Where are they getting vehicles, outside support. It was 20 years ago but I don't remember a Guns for Murders program, I do remember a Jail for Murders program that still continues today. Again it was a long time ago but I don't remember there being support for murders, even congress has better approval numbers then murders. When you look at Muslim support for terror groups and their activities it is much higher then 1994 US support for murders, 32% of Palestinians support Itamar attack which was a brutal murder of 5 family members including a 3 month old. 89% of Palestinians support attacks on Israel. 20% of British Muslims sympathized with the 7/7/7 bombers, 16% of French Muslims support ISIS, 51% of Pakistanis grieved for the death of Osama Bin Laden, only 16% though the killing of Bin Laden was justified, the majority of Muslims in the middle east have positive or mixed feelings of Bin Laden. This is not a small percentage that approves of this behavior it's 25-50% of all Muslims.

Sonar will not help, you would need to detect within the stopping range, lets say 10'. It is too difficult to determine weather the obstruction is directly in front of you, below you, or a multi-path bounce at those ranges. Radar systems have this problem too there is a doughnut hole around their systems. Lidar systems would work better and will have less impact on the ecosystem.
There is no such definition for a sports car. The Porsche 911 turbo s has 4 seats and would be home on a track day, which is the requirement to be sports car. The 911 turbo has a 0-60 of 3.2 sec, it's fully stock Nurburgring time was 7:38. The 911 GT2, which is a road legal race car, 0-60 was 3.4 sec and a fully stock Nurburgring time 7:34. The 911 turbo hands down is an excellent track day car having two seats in the back does not change it from being a sports car.
Let me help you with what he said, "No one with red blood in their veins buys a sports car and hands the keys to a chauffeur".
Now because you are not a car person I suspect you wouldn't know what a sports car is. Most sports cars are two seaters, the few that are four seaters an infant would not have enough leg room, the back row is strictly for lower insurance rates, so you would be sitting in the front seat of your chauffeur driven sports car, not a typical chauffeur chauffee relationship. Secondly sports cars are not very comfortable they have low profile tires, firm suspensions, and rigid seats, they are designed to drive fast around corners not smoothly on the highway. What you want for your chauffeuring is a sedan, suv, or van.
A tourist with 30 minutes of training piloting a sub near coral reefs is a bad idea, the pilots will be looking at all the neat things and not paying attention. Depending on how powerful the currents are they could get swept out and run out of fuel fighting the current. These things are far from idiot proof and you should expect drunk or stoned college students on spring break to be using them. It's a great idea until you realize you are giving dumb-asses a $1.5 million dollar vehicle to drive through priceless and breathtaking wildlife sanctuaries, while we are at it let's start renting out Bugatti Veyrons to drive through the Louvre.
There's no luck involved in being good at your job. There is no luck involved in teaching yourself important skills to make yourself more desirable to employers. If you are not earning the wage you feel you deserve and you can't find anyone to pay you it then you are the reason you are not earning those wages.
I did not have a good experience with Google Drive, every time I restarted my computer it would re-sync the whole folder. I abandoned it after I noticed it was trying to upload 50GB which would have taken about a day to do.
It may just be you, I'm a programmer and a make a good enough wage that my wife can stay home and kids can go to private school. The job offers that I have seen were competitive with my current position.
I sure am glad that I have refused to give out my SS# to hospitals, doctors, insurance companies,... Most don't seem to care if it's omitted, so I don't have to explain that I'm not comfortable giving them that information making me look like a tinfoil hat hearing nut job.
Typical response by an uneducated person, you can't dispute my point so you attack my grammar (it's = it is & its = possessive it). If you're going to attack someone's grammar make sure you have it correct otherwise you look like a fool.
I think a nation should decide if it's in their people's best interest to import unskilled labor. In the current economy with only 63% of current citizens working there is not need for more unskilled labor. Back when the US had an open immigration policy there was a need for labor that is not the case now. Increasing the number of unskilled labor immigrants will only drive wages down further for current Americans. Minimum wages laws would not need to exist if the labor market was not flooded with unskilled labor.
You are missing the point, the people that post those things will have something vile to say to who ever they target, and they don't just target "minorities", the straight cis white male will be called a faggot with a mother that the poster violates daily, there will be threats of violence ex "I'm going to bash in your faggity face in you stupid fuck". No one is immune.
I routinely have to travel from Dayton Oh to Knob Noster Mo. It is an 8 hour drive, Flying into their regional airport which is an hour away takes about 7 hours and I have been stranded there because even though I had a reservation there were no cars to be rented. The other option is going to Kansas City which has a 90 minute drive on the end of it and takes 7.5 hours all together. Flying through the southwest it's even worse as small regional airports can be over an hour away and larger airports over two hours away. Traveling from Alamogordo NM to Colorado Springs Co by plane takes 7.5 hours while driving takes 7 hours. Maybe it's because the Air Force keeps all its bases away from large airports but I know many places where driving 8 hours is just as good of an option as flying.
Did activation slander him? He was portrayed as a kidnapper, murder, and enemy of the state, and is currently serving time for murder and kidnapping in Panama after spending two decades in a US jail for drug trafficking so those claims are not false. Noriega may have a case in that Activision used his likeness to sell Call of Doodie and he should be compensated for it.
We'll do some math to help you understand how wrong you are. I'll even include sales and property tax even though those are state so they vary. Lets first look a single person making 20k a year they pay no federal income tax, $1240 in FICA that's 6.2% in taxes they have paid. Now lets look at sales tax items, lets say they pay 10% sales tax on everything else that's $1876 for a total tax rate of 15.5%. This is not a true rate as this person would qualify for tax credits and assistance which are not accounted for.
Now lets look at someone making 40k they pay $4k in federal $2480 in FICA , $3k in property tax we'll assume they don't have a mortgage to deduct, and 3k in sales tax, for a rate of 18.8%.
Now lets look at someone making 100k they pay 18k federal 6k FICA, their property taxes will be around 8k and lets pretend that is all the taxes they payed that's still 32%. Even if this person defers the taxes by investing the money they still will pay taxes on it when it's moved out of their IRA, 401k,... and probably at a higher rate since taxes don't go down. The dividend and capital gains taxes are lower 10-15% for the 100k guy. Capital gains are only paid when the stock is sold and the rate is much higher is the stock was purchased within the year. Stock awards are taxed like ordinary income. I fail to see how the middle class will be paying a higher rate.
Rich people don't earn the majority of their money as income
Profits from any companies they own are counted as income, capital gains are taxed as income once the stock is sold. How exactly are the rich earning money without it being taxed?
Since that time, there has been a large segment of the population who, while still gaining the benefits, and using the services of this country, have actively refused to live up to the basic responsibility of living in this country. They have acted like leeches, sucking the life out of this country, using up it's resources, and driving the future generations into massive debt. They can't be bothered to pay for the government they use, because they're greedy, self centered, egotistical, myopic assholes, who don't give a damn about this country... just about themselves. They are nothing more than thieves, stealing from the future to ad their pockets in the present day.
How much should the top 10% of income earners pay? Is 50% of their salary enough? Currently the top 10% pay 70% of all federal income taxes yet only account for 40% of that income while the bottom 48% pay no federal income taxes.
In the 1940's, during the war, millions of men were called up to fight, with hundreds of thousands paying the ultimate cost for this country. The top marginal tax rate was over 90%. Now, we are paying close to the lowest rates in 60 years, and there's no requirement to submit to a draft for military service... yet we still have a segment of the population who bitch and whine like little toddlers with shit in the diapers that taxes are too high. These people are THE problem in this country. They undermine everything that this country has ever done, and spit on the graves of those who gave their lives making this country a better place... all because they're greedy little bitches.
No one likes to pay taxes, but taxes are the cost of living in society. As for the ones stealing.... those are the worthless little bitches who don't support this country, even after using everything this country offers every day.
In the 1940's only 30% of the population paid no federal income taxes while in 2013 48% paid no federal income tax that is the highest rate since the 16th amendment was passed. How many people should get a free ride on the backs of all hard working Americans? Who is stealing? It certainly is not the people paying the abundance of taxes.
If the Nokia division is losing money, then they should close that division especially since it seems there is a lot of overlap in that division. Just because they are doing well now does not mean they should become complacent.
