Yeah, but just think of all those magic mushrooms GTA could "easter egg" into the game....

  2. Re:Wow big suprise US spending billions on defense on HAARP Amping It Up · · Score: 0

well.... technically your only allowed to use deadly force in equal return with deadly threat, aka you have to reasonably believe that you are about to die immediately to use it as self-defense, you can't think it may happen in the future. you can injure your neighbor greatly but you cannot actually KILL him unless he is trying at that moment to kill you. I know, I know, a technicality and I'm only a paralegal/engineer but this is a pretty basic thing you learn when you go over 'active defenses' in basic litigation class. It sucks, and some groups are trying to get it changed, most notably and successfully in Florida. it was bundled into their concealed carry law that went into effect quite recently. I'll go back to my little corner and lurk now.... 'The Radish'

ok, how about "Mom" or "Monica" or "Britney". Personally, I'd also like to see a planet named after our own big planet "Roseanne". But, honestly, it'll probably be something from greek or roman mythology like "Daphne", or "Hestia", or "Athena" or even "Persephone".

AHEM... chick-planets? How about Buffy then? I personally wish for planet "Bob". (and yes, I saw titan a.e. also but that's not why I said that)

or jsut say "The British IT/Tech news site, The Inquirer....blah blah blah". I know, extra explaining tends to scare men away :) But since it *IS* real, I definately say these guys need to be put in charge of Nasa for a while....

  6. well..... on Space Tug to the Moon and Beyond · · Score: 0, Troll

Seeing as how it's from the Inquirer and all... IF it's real, I say we fire all the beurocrats at NASA and hire the SpaceOne team :) Maybe we'll even get back to the moon someday with these guys in charge. Maybe they could build us some newer, better shuttles too.

    1) egg came first. Reptiles lay eggs, reptiles ahve been around LONG before chickens, therefore.... 2) just invent a time machine, stick a string of dna in it, age it a few million years, take it out and study it. THAT should fix things :P 3) if all else fails, take a frog into a lab, monkey around with it's genomes & try to get a 15-leg frog. MMMMM those frog legs are tasty.

See? That's what happens when a child grows up without Nickelodeon and CartoonNetwork.... Sad thing is, since she's from Pakistan, most likely her father &/or husband won't let her use the certification or even mention it in public after she reaches like, 14....

  10. Honestly suprised on Morse Coders Beat SMSers · · Score: 1

I'm honestly suprised that Jay Leno even knew to try sms against morse code. Being an amateur radio operator myself, I know that morse is rarely if ever used anymore. You don't need to learn it to get your 'basic' technician license anymore, and the FCC is considering dropping it from the general, and maybe even advanced class licenses also. It is sad that such a quick, and efficient mode of communication is on it's way out just because people don't fel like learning it anymore.... But then again, I'm one of those lazy people too :) Cathy
