If you were Joe who mows lawns for a living, would you have understood that post? I don't think so. Unless they discover some life forms or something that moves, funding is probably going to decrease. I've been wrong before, but that's just my opinion.
Since Mars really isn't that interesting anymore, what is NASA going to do in Space that the public will actually care about? Sure for us geeks there are a plethora of things to be discovered but it is is the red-blodded American that is keeping NASA in the limelight. Unless we find ET on the moon, or we can figure out how to get to a planet, we're toast.
I've got my whole thing planned out. I'm going to add random lights on the case, make it transparent AND ugly (that's a must), and stick "sponsorship" decals on it. I'm also going to find as many Intel Pentium 4 stickers as I can so it goes faster! I'm going to win for sure.
Seriously though, case modding is really fun for people who don't have the money to add performance to their PC. In fact, you can find various things around the house to make your case Martha Stewart friendly!
I remember seeing something similar to this in a Fat Joe music video (don't ask). I was always wondering when something like this would be released. However, as Google continues to expand into software markets, they move closer and closer to an anti-trust lawsuit.
This is just in time. I'm sure many nex-gen games coming out will be transferred over to PC. This sort of begs the question. Slowly, the computer is becoming an all in one console. Next gen consoles may soon become useles.
This is intriguing but was is a feasible use of this?
This is nice and all but I'm waiting for the development of blank, writeable UMD disks. Anyone with me?
This going to be pretty cool. I've always wondered how this thing works. What do you guys plan on doing?
Everyone is slowly moving to open source. It's interesting how Microsoft will combat this.

I'm a tool? That thing probably doesn't even work. If you're a geek, you want DESKSPACE, not a case that's bigger than your mother.

To play the games we need drivers.

I didn't mean it in the way you're assuming. Most of the things in Wikipedia are common knowledge.
Notice my subtle note that ATi needs to make drivers for Linux? :-D
I'm still waiting on who actually uses Wikipedia as their primary source of information.
...and people start realizing Linux can do everything windows can and more, for the low low cost of $0.00.

PS- ATI, we need Linux drivers!
How hilarious is that guy from Seinfeld going to be now?
Excuse me? All I'm saying what is wrong with the current HTML? What exactly needs to be upgraded?
I've never used PHP besides on message boards. HTML pretty much has everything I need.
