Why, we were just following orders? You don't expect us to break the laws of other nations, do you? Don't worry, by helping Chinese officials silence those Chinese citizens brave enough to criticize their regime, we are in fact bringing freedom to China!
War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength. Seriously, quoting Orwell isn't cool anymore.

That intel figured out that 5 percent market share mattered a whole lot when it's only a two player game, and it's running close. Obviously, if intel can control the entire *NIX world, AMD is in for some hurt.
You're right, 99% of the Ubuntu 'distros' are just remastered CDS. Basically, it's the equvilant of, installing the Ubuntu cd, and then sudo apt-get install mythtv. A couple of them add value, like Mint. But the majority are utterly pointless, and waste time. Also, why are Kubuntu and Ubuntu counted as seperated distros?
Actually the nvidia drivers do not 'just work' for me (They cause my Xorg to freeze if I kill a compositing wm & etc). But ironcially, I agree. While in theory I'd like most of my stuff to open source, the odd driver and program can be closed. As long as they work properly, and aren't huge security hazards.
It seems to me that the vulnerabilities in OSX will keep increasing as they keep layering stuff over their BSD core. It seems to me their kernel and lower level stuff is widely tested and secure, since you can see most of its source. However, software that they keep pushing out to improve OSX will probably be just as vulnerable as any of Microsoft's stuff.
How can a denial of a document be moral? In any way shape or form? I want.odf to win too, but it's not like the balance of good and evil depends on it.
My school's drug surveys were anonymous. It wasn't required to do them, we turned them by ourselves (to a envelope in the middle of the room), and we didn't have assigned seats.
What the hell are you smoking? A car weighing 100 tons!?!?
Well as long as you admit it's ignorant...
It's not source based... Coming from an Archlinux user..

Is a dick head!!!!11
After I mounted my system with nodiratime and noatime, I did not 'feel' any actual speed increase. I didn't did any hard testing of course.
My linux font rendering looks nothing like yours... http://img368.imageshack.us/img368/9316/screenshot 1ef0.png/>
Now can you please tell us about every minor iPhone update forever and ever and ever? Pretty please? Okay? Thanks.

Power Plants are a great deal more efficient than cars

You are obviously deprived... Don't have a couple of old PCs to screw around with if you mood strikes you?
One solution will eventually become recognizably superior, and hopefully the other one will get merged out of the kernel.

I want to request a mac address from my access point. Anyone want to post a HOW-TO?
