(The same appears to be true of the extreme left, but for a change nobody here's complaining about them.)
Lately liberals in general (not just the extreme left) don't need facts. Watch the news, especially the part where they talk about Russiagate, you'll see what I mean. Start any sentence with "Trump" and they switch to lynch mob mode immediately.
Obamacare is far from perfect, but it at least tries to make change in the right direction. I'll point out that in this whole period, the Republicans have offered no serious alternatives.
That's because most Republicans don't want a public healthcare system that doesn't provide healthcare but simply force people to pay for insurance. So the serious alternative is to not have Obamacare.
Because you are a consistent person, obviously, and if your bar of belief standard was set by WIlley's book then that pretty much means Trump's accusers of harassment are impeccable.
You vastly overestimate your cleverness and your aptitude for sarcasm.
Obama didn't do this, Bush didn't do it, Clinton didn't do it.
Obama -- Obamacare (a gold mine for insurance companies) Bush -- war in Iraq (a gold mine for defense contractors) Clinton -- repeal of Glass-Steagall act (a gold mine for wall street)
You got it all wrong. The cronies are the one sending checks... Congress then pass appropriation bills and spending packages based purely on their conscience and on what they think is best for the country.
he still may avoid blue-state infrastructure as punishment for not voting for him
Newsflash: that's how the system works. They're not being "punished" anymore than the red states were "punished" by Obama.
And it works like that at every level; that's why the hometowns of senators get bigger infrastructure projects or tax breaks for job creation projects, or why the mayor's neighborhood is always first in line for snow or garbage removal. That's basically how democracy works.
At least he didn't threaten rape victims. Or got them fired and then sent the IRS after them the same day, claiming that they had surprisingly nice cars for unemployed people.
to treat an individual a certain way solely for being a member of any given demographic group is the very definition of the huge no-no -isms (racism, sexism) that Western society holds ideals to eliminate
That's white privilege talk. Demographic groups are not equal, therefore applying the same rules is discriminatory. Think I'm kidding?
"as a white person, I realized I had been taught about racism as something which puts others at a disadvantage, but had been taught not to see one of its corollary aspects, white privilege which puts me at an advantage" - Peggy McIntosh (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...)
Yes, that's a Harvard educated person who said that. The more I read that kind of babbling, the more I understand why so many successful tech companies have been founded by dropouts.
But it would be infeasible in software development.
And yet Google (and a few others) are doing it. It's not even difficult how; they discriminate against white males (and asian males to a point) in the hiring process so they can claim diversity awards, and then they acquire talented white or asian males as a package deal when they buy companies because they need better tech and their regular staff is useless diversity hires.
One thing that can be confusing about China is that people over there tend to value pragmatism and do not see contracts as a thing that should shackle someone in a business partnership if it's no longer profitable. This may sound horrible to some westerners who see contracts (or patents) as set in stone, but that's just a cultural thing, it's not "evil". And it's not one-way either.
Two years before Macron, the French people had massive demonstrations to reject gay marriage.
Tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets of Paris on Sunday to demonstrate against gay marriage and to call for candidates in next year's presidential election to support "traditional family values".
That's not a couple dozens neonazis asking to leave a statue alone. That's tens of thousands of citizens offended at the idea of gay marriage to the point of spending a Sunday protesting. Liberté, égalité, fraternité? Not in recent decades.
If this were implemented in the United States, the Trump Administration would probably block any news about the Russia investigation.
Since there's been no evidence whatsoever in that "investigation", just speculation and theories based on nothing, the whole thing qualifies as fake news.
The guy has zero facts, only vague accusations, and yet he's on expert panels all the time to discuss this bullshit. There's no evidence, all they say over and over is that Russia would like to control people like Trump. They keep using buzzwords like "transactional relationship" but they don't back it with any information at all.
A lot of people adopted it and started using it, and suddenly Docker changed their business model and only the paid version became available for RHEL and other commercial distros. You can use CE on CentOS but you need EE on RHEL.
I'm all for monetizing a product, but charging a fee based on the Linux distribution is just the wrong way to go about it.
Kubernetes is garbage. I'm highly doubtful of people who say they're successful using it for an extended time. It's nightmarish to install and to maintain.
We tried it and gave up after a while. We considered Mesos but ended up going with a bunch of Red Hat commercial products.
Interestingly, Lush Cosmetics has a lot in common with Birkenstock.
Amazon = $136,000,000,000 annual revenue, 540,000 employees, invented cloud computing, host Netflix and CIA servers Birkenstock = $500,000,000 annual revenue, 4,000 employees, sell sandals, run their website on a shared shopping cart service Lush Cosmetics = $300,000,000 annual revenue, 3,000 employees, sell cosmetics, run their website on the same shared shopping cart service as Birkenstock

We have hired every female and minority candidate who I've interviewed over eleven years.
Could you provide the name of your company, so I can short the stock?

It's the current president of the United States the people are rightly worried about.
Fake news
Threatening to sue and killing the cat of a rape victim to shut her up are two different things. One of them is Trump, the other one is Clinton.
then you don't understand evil and you don't understand cultural differences.

Get real dude
your dad shoving his 3” twizzler dick in your mom’s loose fuckhole.
Don't be rude. The appropriate way to phrase that is: "dipping a baby carrot in an oversized salsa bowl"
you both share similar
-1 double redundant
Why is this modded up? It's redundant.
Don't worry. The Clintonazis always get the last word, it will be modded down -infinity soon enough.
Please clarify with specifics. What O economic policies tilted blue?
I can't give you specifics of things that don't happen.
Just write a check to your cronies
You got it all wrong. The cronies are the one sending checks... Congress then pass appropriation bills and spending packages based purely on their conscience and on what they think is best for the country.

That's how they got Martha Stewart. Couldn't get her for insider trading so they accused her of lying to federal agents.

Docker is the biggest threat to Docker.
A lot of people adopted it and started using it, and suddenly Docker changed their business model and only the paid version became available for RHEL and other commercial distros. You can use CE on CentOS but you need EE on RHEL.

I don't understand the whole Docker vs. Kubernetes analogy, considering that they are complimentary technologies.
You are not crazy. Most people on this story (including the summary and editor) obviously have no clue about kubernetes.
Kubenetes being a Docker killer is like saying npm is a nodejs killer. Idiots.
Kubernetes is garbage. I'm highly doubtful of people who say they're successful using it for an extended time. It's nightmarish to install and to maintain.
