Imagine the scene, the developers from First 4 Internet and the Sony reps discussing how this system work...
Sony: But isn't that illegal? FI: Technically, probably, but no one will ever find it... Sony: And your sure about this right? FI: Oh yeah, no doubt, not even Windows knows it's there! That's the beauty! Sony: Ok... well if your really sure... FI: Absolutely! Sony Lawyers: Don't worry, we'll cover our rears in the EULA... Sony: Well then sounds good to me.
"If you want to know OS stats, browser stats, or anything like that, you need to conduct an actual survey, and not simple observation of HTTP traffic, because if you are doing the latter, you might as well make up your numbers based on your best guess, because it has just as good a chance of being as accurate."
That's funny... Nelson has been telling what show's are the most popular for years and they've never called me to ask me what I'm watching?
Couldn't help but notice that WoW uses a P2P engine to spread it's patch cluters from user to user. So if we just go and make P2P illegal to stop the piracy since "that's the majority of its use". Then we're going to be mucking up some other more serious business models like WoW.

Ah... Just ask the folks at Enron about that, certianly saved their arses...

"Note that your microwave is surrounded by a Faraday cage to protect you from the rays; not foil."
So we just need to hide in the Microwave to protect ourselves from the Microwaves? hmm...
