Out on America's glorious Interstate Highways, it can be a long way between cheap coffee/free wifi stations (I think you lot call them "McDonalds", yes?), and when you're hiring a car those on-dash GPS things cost extra--about $15/day.
Please show in case law where evidence obtained illegally is ever legally admissible. I think you'll find that it doesn't matter whether the illegal access was by officers or not--illegally obtained evidence is still illegally obtained evidence, and can't be used in court.
Perhaps you've lost sight of the fact that Facebook is (1) not an arm of the US government and (2) under no obligation to transmit anything from anyone to anyone unless they bloody well feel like it, in the absence of a binding contract to the contrary which I don't think you'll find in their TOS.
I think you are right. But, as a devil's advocate, trade policy is not legislation. So maybe in Trump's bloviating buffoon mind he thinks he can raise the import duty / tariffs sky high as protectionism to force jobs to come back. Only an idiot would think that - but then the misogynist xenophobe racist divisive psychopathic serial liar Trump is sort of an idiot.
