    Problem 1: the $1,920,000 DOES exist, and the poor fella will have to pay.

    Problem 2: the $421 million does not exist, but the RIAA will be talking about it like it does. And it seems like there are judges who believe them.

    Oh, right, that's not real money, and copyright infringement does not mean actual loss of money for the RIAA. Not to mention I live in Hungary, where fair use covers this. To the guy that got slapped with the $2M, however, is fucked.

    While humans don't use pheromones as actively as other animals, the sense of smell still plays a big part in arousal (and in stopping arousal, to be fair).

    Pheromones play as big a part as our sense of smell permit it. Everything you can learn about sex from watching squirrels in your backyard also applies to humans. It's just that society has come up with various ways to control those processes, like marriage, religion, and recently dephe^H^H^Hodorants.

    Your argument that you have the right to shift content to wherever you like makes no sense -- you have a written agreement with the carrier that clearly delineates the rights and responsibilities of both parties. The fact that you don't like the term or that you believe you have the "right" to ignore those terms is entirely meaningless. In fact, if you want to talk about fraud, it's breach of contrast to willfully violate the terms of your agreement with the wireless carrier.

    Are you sure there is a contract powerful enough to tell me I can't transfer my data from my mobile device to my computer, based on how that data got on my device?

    Either this is bullshit, or I should be lucky I don't live anywhere near there.

    This is invisible to the end customer, but allows for filtering of that content by domain which makes it much easier for customers at all levels to block this content regardless of what the SafeSearch settings might be.

    So I'm guessing one level of costumers is ISPs and governments.

    If you can't support your website with only ads that don't try to grab my attention any possible way they can, don't blame me for using adblock. I have stuff to do, and my attention is valuable enough, especially when I'm looking for the content you want me to look for.

    Only if the asphalt was not built with the local climate in mind. This happens in Hungary a lot, due to corruption and incompetence. We know we've arrived in Austria not because of the border, but because the car stops shaking.
