3 wheels don't necessarily mean motorcycle.

It depends upon the regulations of the state or province. In British Columbia, Canada, a three-wheeled vehicle with an enclosed passenger compartment is considered an automobile. Some states call vehicles with 2 front wheels and 1 rear wheel cars, while others call the motorcycles. Some places it's a matter of engine displacement, body styles, etc.
She stated that the fire department was called for an apparent fire on the 2nd floor of Mr. Deeb's home. This allowed the firemen entry into the house. Upon further investigation (of the basement for a 2nd floor fire) the firemen discovered the chemicals and brought in the authorities.
Ms. Wilderman said "We have zoning laws for this purpose, the firefighters were called into what they thought was a single family residence only to discover unmarked chemicals in the basement, he had a chemistry lab down there, in an area zoned residential". I informed her that I had an electronics lab, and beer brewing equipment in mine to which she made the comment "I bet your neighbors are thrilled about that". Of course I don't think my neighbors even know because they all mind their own business.
Anyway this brings up a series of questions. Were the chemicals truly unmarked? Mr. Deebs is a retired chemist, surely he would practice some type of protocol. Second, if his activity is not illegal where is the justification of not only seizing the items, but then stating they will be disposed of. Will Mr. Deebs be reimbursed. What if they went into the basement and discovered a person to hand loads his own ammunition? It is a perfectly legal hobby practiced by shooters all over the country. Would they have seized those items?
Finally, I would love to hear Mr. Deebs story on this. His reputation is being destroyed over a simple hobby.
I beg to differ. If something is voided, it means whatever it is exists, but is no longer in effect. If something is nullified, it means that whatever is was no longer exists. So declaring it null and void means, that it no longer exists and is no longer in effect.
The name only has one 'p' and it's from the word scrape, as in "I need to scrape this Hasbro from the bottom of my shoes.", not scrap, as in "Hasbro has always been the bottom of the scrap heap."
These are subscription services. Promo Only and ERG Music Traxx are a couple that pop into my head right now. Radio Stations and mobile DJs pay a subscription fee to get these CDs that have all the current music on them rather than having to buy entire CDs for just a single track or two.
Maybe I can put it into geek terms, well almost geek since it involves Microsoft. If you pay a yearly subscription fee to MSDN, they send you CDs with the latest versions of their software. Everything from operating systems to development libraries. These CDs are clearly marked, not for resale.
Now with this court case, one of two things could happen, Promo Only, ERG Music Traxx and similar services increase their fees to keep people from profiting from selling the individual CDs or such services cease doing business. The same thing could end up happening for MSDN and other such services as well.
Show me your vehicle registration. Show me your insurance, show me the license plates you need to renew every year. Show me how much you pay towards the highway tax from the fuel you consume. When you are required to do these things that go towards maintaining the highways and roads, then you will have equal rights on the pavement. Otherwise stay out of the way.
All he basically said was that they're living in dried up commuinities that keep getting passed over by the government even though they're promised relief...
At what point do people decide to stop sitting on their asses waiting for a handout from the government, and get to rebuilding their own communities? Maybe manufacturing left, but it's not the responsibility of the federal government to replace that with something else. It's the responsibility of the community and their locally elected government to either rebuild the community and the local economy. It's either that or move somewhere else.
They said they are looking for the maiden flight to happen by the end of the year. For the Oshkosh show, they are just going to have the proof of concept vehicle and it will do everything but fly.
If 10000 people send a check to the governor for $6.87, the bill could be paid in a hurry. In fact, I'll send in $68.70 just to get it off to a good start.
As a student of theology I might be able to shed some light on this.
In the eyes of religion, the human egg and the human sperm are considered potential humans, even more so when joined. Hence the reason it is considered sinful when a man "spills his seed".
Except for the reproductive cells, any other human cell cannot be considered a potential human, therefore using some skin cells and implanting them in a cow egg and aborting the fetus after 14 days would not be considered human abortion.
Basically this is a loophole around the whole ethics thing as long as the fetus is terminated. A whole new bag of worms is waiting to be opened if one of those embryos goes to term and a 8lb 10oz bouncing blue eyed huvine (boman?) is born.
Not at the primary school level. The problem is the primary schools are teaching about evolution, but not teaching the students the knowledge needed to quantify it. Done that way, it becomes nothing more than a belief system. "Evolution is true because my teacher says it is" rather than "evolution is true because I understand genetic drift, and have studied mutations in RNA and DNA" and to me that makes it no different than a religion.
I am not saying ignore it, I am saying that it doesn't need to be taught in grade school and elementary school. Is not teaching macroeconomics in primary education ignoring it? Is not teaching tax law in primary education ignoring it? No, delaying when something is taught until the student can truly grasp the concept is not ignoring evolution. The only difference between evolution and the other subjects I have mentioned is that evolution carries controversy with it and so schools feel the need to drag it in where it's not necessary in order to further fuel the battle between parents and schools.

I'm sorry, but if someone runs up and connects something to my data port on my phone, I am pretty sure I am going to notice it.
Oh I so wish I had moderator points for your wit.
although they keep saying it's not the size of the rod that matters, but how it's used.
So the firefighters were called, because it appeared a 2nd floor window AC unit was on fire. How did they end up in the basement?
I contacted Ms. Wilderman, who actually answered her phone. http://www.marlborough-ma.gov/Gen/MarlboroughMA_Inspection/index

100% of cancer cases have been exposed to the earth's magnetic field.
This one with a list of chemicals that cause algae blooms.
Would that be like recordings of silence or the smell of nothing?
Everybody knows the world will end in 2011.

Here we are with all this technology and we're studying the galaxy with nothing more than a glorified pinhole camera.
It should have been 100,000 people.

It would be nice if amateur radio could get a tiny bit of the T.V. spectrum added on to the 6 meter band.
or would it be Homo Taurus
