What is the most interesting cyber warfare concept that you can talk about that would make us/.'ers excited? Please elaborate as much as possible. Thank you.
Is getting telco immunity another part of your cyber warfare strategy? How does one apply traditional wartime concepts like propaganda in cyberspace, where it is said that information wants to be free?
How does China's great firewall impact on the potential for a cyber war between China and the U.S? Does it give them an unfair advantage in regards to propaganda and censorship of information/intelligence? How would you fight against such a disadvantage?
The law will be policed by a new agency, the High Authority for Copyright Protection and Dissemination of Works on the Internet. Is it just me, or could they have chosen a longer, scarier and more threatening name?
I'm sure you guys can come up with much better names than that..;)
Remember when you were little and some kid said they were gonna tell on you because you called them a poo-poo head? If you really used those words, i think you'd be the one to have to worry about getting bullied instead..
They already do, and they should. Otherwise all pot smokers would go to jail, every minor traffic infringement will get done, etc. Of course, this will have its own problems and can be abused, but i percieve robot enforcement to be just as bad. I break every immoral law(that i can without risk of punishment), and cops should too.
Robots should not be allowed to police.
Somehow, I'm not that surprised at the US's lack of bombing accuracy, as shown in the kosovo bombing of China's embassy.. old maps or something if i remember correctly. If they can bomb China's embassy, i think Al-Jazeera doesnt even make them break a sweat, especially when 'terrorists' are actually releasing 'propaganda' through its channels..
Whether to help someone or not is up to the individual, whats unique to the u.s is the gun laws? desperate people/looters with guns + lack of policing = bad
refusing aid or ignoring aid even if symbolic, typical US arrogance. Politics before humanity.
Non issue, since taxing cigarettes does nothing to stop second hand smoke.
