Ha, an interesting comment. When the original iPad was introduced it's major flaw (if you talked to Fandroids) was that it didn't have a camera. Now suddenly the camera doesn't matter? Not that you were one of those posters back then, but where are the rocket scientists who trashed the iPad and why aren't they trashing this for no camera?
He essentially just stated the obvious, that it's a ripoff product, but now it's being offered at a lower price. I think consumer's hesitation with Android tablets has more to do with the ripoff nature of it than just the price. You'll always be able to pull in some fools just on price, but in the end "it's not an iPad" will still be true.
I don't know what the big deal is about this building. It's not like walls weren't invented before. There is clearly examples of prior art in the movie 2001 where people are seen in buildings that have walls.

Because if they don't defend their IP, even if they don't consider them a threat, then they may forfeit the ability to defend their IP in the future.
